Seems my memory was a bit off…He was with GlobalCenter prior to his being at Global Crossing. The Deal was later for 10 Billion, 6.5 Billion in stock, 4 Billion in Services to be purchased, both worthless after the Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Damn that was a long time ago….
