Here in just around four minutes is a complete refresher course on the history, meaning and importance of the United States Constitution for all you young dudes and dudettes:
All right, it’s complete nonsense. Still, when you man and woman the barricades, at least now you’ll know what you’re fighting for! Sort of.
The brilliant and patriotic backgrounds are by Justin Folk, who actually wore a white wig to get in the mood. As opposed to his pink one… which I think is for a different mood.

The sound quality is off a bit from other Klavan on the Cultures, but that very well may be my cheap lap top. Damn those box office stores that force me to buy products and/or services I want and need at the lowest available prices.
Other than that, spot on. I've been using the toilet paper analogy for some time. The ruling elite lost all respect for We The People decades ago.
I don't know about the rest of you readers, but I'm of a mind to remind them exactly what the constitution means come this November.
On a more serious note, the ultimate repository for the power is the people.
"I know of no safe repository of the ultimate power of society but the people. And if we think them not enlightened enough, the remedy is not to take power from them, but to inform them by education." – Thomas Jefferson
We The People have majorly screwed up. Its our fault it's gotten this bad. The founding fathers told us over and over and over what would happen if we didn't pay attention.
Time to roll up the sleeves and clean out the sty not only in DC, but in pretty much every state capitol.
Dude.. You've got to be kidding!
Keep up the good work at PJTV while we still have bandwidth.
Unfortunately, I believe that we may well be past the point of no return on most issues. I keep looking at the electoral map, and I just have a hard time believing that we will ever get enough Senators to repeal some of the more horrific liberal decisions that have been made over the last century or so.
It is a sad time that we are living in.
Sorry, I'm a little depressed today, I just can't summon the enthusiasm for a really great comment. I'll be fine come November, though.
History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people.
Martin Luther King, Jr.
It's too bad that people choose to interpret that saying in ways that promote their own agenda. I choose to believe that we will no longer be silent come November.
What is unfortunate is that, even if we somehow manage to control both the House and the Senate come January, there is little we can do that will have a meaningful impact on controlling the damage caused by the Obama administration. I fully expect to see a robust defense of the filibuster by the ersatz MSM come January.
I fully agree with you, but they want to wear us down. I am just trying to keep your fire burning. You sounded down a bit, so I tried to keep you in the challenge ahead of US, and for the Republic. Thank you, for your service too this great country. I would be satisfied just to gain enough seats to stop their agenda. Enough seats to filibuster their bad ideas would be good enough for me.

A lot of it is because my wife is on vacation, it always leaves me a little bit down.
Unfortunately, having enough seats to filibuster typically means that we "compromise". This is not what is needed. We need at least 41 principled members that will not allow typical liberal shenanigans in any way, shape, or form. Or even watered-down liberal shenanigans. I'd be perfectly happy with a Congress that simply passed a balanced budget and stood by it no matter what.
Or, *gasp*, even give a budget surplus. Horror of horrors.
GAY. Schoolhouse Rock is the best,
I just sat my 10 year old down to watch this…….she said, "Why don't they just buy a money printer thingy and print some more money?" I burst into tears -and she was confused! Now I know the problem – we have 10 year olds running our Country! Ugh!
One piece at a time, just like it was put in place…
