Using the NAACP’s resolution against Tea Party “racism” as a model, I hereby ask YouTube to repudiate their racist users.
I take no issue with Google’s YouTube community. I believe in freedom of assembly and people raising their voices in a democracy. What I take issue with is the YouTube’s continued tolerance for bigotry and bigoted statements. The time has come for them to accept the responsibility that comes with influence and make clear there is no place for racism & anti-Semitism, homophobia and other forms of bigotry on their website.
The following are real comments from YouTube users on the Black & Right channel alone. They have not been Photoshopped and distributed by Think Progress.

The Tea Party Express jettisoned Mark Williams shortly after his inappropriate comments became public knowledge. For years, I’ve sent screenshots of comments like these to YouTube on many occasions and have yet to receive acknowledgement, and one would think that a 600-pound gorilla like YouTube (especially with a progressive champion like Jonathan Soros on its Board) would not allow such language to run rampant on their site, but as it’s aimed at conservatives…

Oh yeah, I can't say for all of them, but there's no doubt a good percentage of those comments were plants by leftists.
It's usually not to hard to figure out which ones are, they aren't too bright on the left. They think of it as graffiti or tagging, a way of getting down with the struggle against 'da' Man'.
The thinking goes something like, this will definitely prove they aren't racists. As I said, they ain't that bright.
I can guarantee this much: there will be plenty of traffic on the "Black and Right" channel tonight, and a lot of comments such as those reprinted above are going to be reported. If I had kids, I would block them from YouTube because of the un-moderated commenting which all-too-often features nasty hate speech thanks to nasty, hate-filled progressives.
Bob-kinda sounds like Howard Deans office or Harry greeds Campaign HQ. I seem to remember that Col Nathan Bedford Forrest was a far left demo in his day.

It's a typical method of the leftist movement to post such racist comments. Then they point to their own comments as evidence of racism on the right. It's very common here on the Bigs and I'm constantly reporting them. They're going to get more and more prevalent as the election nears. They're gearing up with their smear campaigns.
They have absolutely nothing to say in regard to actual policy so they stoop to this. It's disgusting.

I didn't see this post on Big J. Was it on one of the other Big sites? They often repost to another site if the content fits.
In regard to the first example the poster does have a valid point although it is expressed in an ignorant fashion.
Post also ran earlier on Big Government, but as noted below, we sometimes cross-post pieces of special interest or that fit the mission statements of several sites.
We have also been featuring Bob's reports from the Black Conservatives press conference in Washington earlier this month.
The unmoderated comments on YouTube, on top of the fact that they took away the ability to hide the comments is one of the reasons I began to like DailyMotion more and more.
A lot of these comments were from leftist trolls posing as "teabaggers". It can be seen in any video of Allen West, Condie Rice, Zo Nation, Thomas Sowell…any black conservative will draw these children of Alinsky like flies to a bright lantern light. Smearing any minority that doesn't toe the Democrat line supposedly makes them the tolerant party. Their logic is so circular. Spotting all the racist/obscene/demagogic comments made by lefty trolls on YT would make a dangerous drinking game.

I'm a bit torn about this. On the one hand, I LOVE the fact that conservatives are turning liberal tricks back on them. On the other hand I'm worried about this monster getting out of control.

I enjoy a good liberal-bashing taunt or post, but on YouTube, the moonbats are especially caustic and nasty, so I tend to stay away unless I'm in an especially foul mood (I have teenagers!)
You can find these over-the-top-nasty libtard comments (as mentioned above) below most conservative posts – especially Palin, but also on Beck, Rush and Tea Party videos. So I'm not surprised that they are posting bogus racist diatribes while posing as deep-south ultra-righties.
The fact is, many of these posts are well-articulated and spell-checked, which is the hallmark of the liberal plant. And when they intentionally misspell words, it's blatantly obvious (and sad) at how badly they are at mimicking an old, 1950's-style white racist. They should stick to an Archie Bunker approach!

While I agree – I have to point out I did a search myself and found a large number of anti white posts from black people. I also found anti mexican, asian, homosexual, jewish, isreali, christian, muslim, alaskan (which is weird), korean, etc etc. The point is to focus on the fact that youtube should be anti hate as long as it pertains to whites against blacks is assinine and defeatist, it also made me very uninterested in this story. All hate is bad, ALL.
These comments are despicable. To think, say, or write these sort of things, even in jest, suggests fervent, uncontrollable racism. It's shocking how the left continues to propagate this lie that they actually care about minorities. They're nothing more than human shields behind which they can spout their radical, misguided ideology.

Morgan Freeman ended the racism problem. A reporter on 60 Minutes asked him how to end racism. He casually answered it with four magic words, "Don't talk about it." He said that if you want to stop racism, "Don't talk about it."
I would like to see his birthday (June 1) declared "Don't Talk About It Day." We would honor Morgans wish by not talking about racism on that day. Even the news media would be asked not to. If that day goes OK, maybe there could be another day we "Don't talk about it," then another day, then another day, until there are 365 1/4 days per year we "Don't talk about it."
The only ones who want to keep the racism going are the ones who are making money off of it. End the racism and the Jessie Jacksons, Al Sharptons, and Jeremiah Wrights would be out of a job. Let's put them on the unemployment line by the simple act of "Don't Talk About It."
Another answer would be if all the races intermarry over the generations so that there is only one race, made up of ALL of the races. Nobody could be a racist without hating themselves.

I'm a very proud black American woman. And although I don't agree with any of the racist comments that have been said on Youtube, even directed at me, we still have what's called the 1st Amendment. That's the right to free speech. If we start to delete comments simply because we don't like what's said, we're opening ourselves up to a bunch of other things as well.
Are you aware that a man was sued in Canada because something he said offended someone? It wasn't racist, he simply didn't agree with the person and they sued him. It took more than 3 years of going to court for it to finally get dismissed because the government finally could not prove their case. Is that the kind of nonense we want here?
However, you did say that Soros is on the board. So not to worry, Youtube will become PC'd too.

there are racist comments all over youtube. i think some of them are legit, and a lot of them are posted by lefties pretending to be on the right. sometimes i respond and say, "hey, take your racist crap somewhere else," but more often then not it is pointless. also, many of these comments are by people who are not americans.
i dont know, i think it is working. the GOP has been branded as the party of racists, bigots, and homophobes. the GOP has also been branded as the party of NO, but unfortunately not enough republicans actually say NO.
none of these comments on you tube are very good but i did not hear the left complain when the black panthers were saying kill crckers and cracker babies. there has always been a double standard for the left.
