Depends on how you use your anonymity. You seem to be using it while making some well-thought postings. That's okay.

It's when people use their anonymity to be abusive jerks is when it becomes a problem. You are nowhere near that point.

Much of what is ascribed to bias is actually vanity. Journalists are people too and they want to do some good. They are blinded by that ambition and their vanity and look the other way and thus fail.

Absolutely.

A few years ago a prominent Democrat let it slip that the liberal media gave them a "15 point" advantage in political races. If his estimate is accurate, then no Democrat should have been elected president in the last 50 years, but they were because of intentional bias in the media.

Think of how things were 20 or 30 years ago when literally all of the news you got was through this leftist filter. They changed this country, they had a huge effect on how people viewed reality. Thankfully that era is over due to competing news sources, but the Democrats had this country blinded for decades to reality. The importance of that reality cannot be overstated.
