Obama's Utopia
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flW5XNRgb4o

This video is my attempt to wake up America on the economic peril this country is facing and to ask individuals to take personal responsibility in preparing for the coming storm of civil unrest, government control over the daily lives of the dependent masses, and a message to those of us that are aware to prepare ourselves physically, economically, and spiritually as we will be the ones to lead this country back to its founding principals.

"Associate with men of good quality if you esteem your own reputation; for it is better to be alone than in bad company." George Washington

Jackson Lee: Congress complicating debt ceiling because Obama is black
Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) on Friday strongly suggested that members of Congress are making it difficult for President Obama to raise the debt ceiling because of his race. http://thehill.com/blogs/floor-action/house/17180...

Deusexmachina - July 15th, 2011 at 3:42 pm

That card was over the limit years ago….

zillaoftheresistance - July 15th, 2011 at 4:04 pm

Once Upon a Time in Afghanistan… women enjoyed freedom and power, it was a much different place than it is now. Stop by my place & see a glamorous photo of the former Afghan queen, in a sleeveless gown with no cloth covering her head. There is also a new music video from an Afghani-American against the Taliban & a video showing how things were back when Afghanistan was a decent place.

MarkTheMeS - July 15th, 2011 at 4:08 pm

Jackson Lee(D) is a nut and as a Native Texan I'm embarrassed that the city of my birth has inflicted her on the nation. Living just outside the district of Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson(D) now (Pete Sessions(R) is my Rep.), I don't recall hearing the kind of idiocy in the news coming from her that I always seem to hear from a distance from Jackson Lee (other than a scholarship scandal involving EBJ not all that long ago, but that's a different thing altogether.)

Ithumpthugs - July 15th, 2011 at 4:18 pm

But the big joke is on the Democrats because the Conservatives are trying to keep everyone's money WORTH MONEY in the years ahead which is a good thing to do for Blacks and Hispanics! Women gays and the disabled and the elderly!
The apathy is coming from the DNC! So long as they "win" political points they don't care that everyones money won't be worth the money — black, Hispanic,OR gay.
The 500 pound prejudicial bastards and bigots are the DNC!

CasualMeyhem - July 15th, 2011 at 5:12 pm

Just out of curiosity, would that be the Race Card?

FinbarOS - July 15th, 2011 at 6:15 pm

Credit declined! No dessert for you! NEXT!

Bennett_Marco - July 15th, 2011 at 6:34 pm

That's not the only card he doesn't know how to use.

I would love to sit down at the poker table with a man who would actually speak the words,"'Don't call my bluff!"

Bennett_Marco - July 15th, 2011 at 6:38 pm

Ooops, I was making a comment on the Prez's latest idiotic non sequitur, "Don't call my bluff," and I mentioned the game that fascists (from both parties) have made illegal on the internet. Hopefully, I'm only being subject to a spam check, but to be safe, don't say "p*ker."

HiPlainsDrifter - July 15th, 2011 at 7:06 pm

In the ObamaNation…
"They declined my credit card"?… "looks like you'll be takin' my check !.".. Yikes..!!

But the reality is, these elitist pigs pay for nothing themselves…
Everything goes on our collective tab, where they want no friggin' limit !!!

Dirtt - July 15th, 2011 at 8:55 pm

Big SLOTH. Big government. Big union. Big healthcare. Big auto. Big banks. Big insurance. Big lobby. Big CAIR. Big debt. And let's not forget Big tort. Big mortgage. Big foreclosure.

That's the good news. The bad news.

Big Fraud. Big Lie. Big Zero. And here's the clincher. No Big Deal. Good night America.

GuyintheOC - July 15th, 2011 at 8:57 pm

Always remember the words of Charles Barkley, "Poor people have been voting for Democrats for the last 50 years,
…………and they are still poor.""

""Democrats will pat you on the back with one hand and pick your pocket with the other."

-Dwight Eisenhower, while campaigning in 1952

SunshineConnie - July 15th, 2011 at 10:18 pm

Jackson Lee has worn out her deck along with the rest of the racists in the CBC. Too bad the news never gets into the Plantations of free cheese.

JoeInMichigan - July 16th, 2011 at 1:48 am

I like your website, zilla. It reminds me of an online debate I was involved in shortly after 9-11, regarding the wisdom of invading Afghanistan.
Like many others, I was for bombing Afghanistan back to the Stone Age. One guy, who was much more knowledgable than myself about the region, linked to photos and articles which showed that Afghanistan was, until fairly recently, making great efforts to modernize, and how the Soviets and then the Taliban destroyed it all.
Probably his most poignant argument was the Buddhas of Bamiyan, which had stood unmolested for 1,500 years, but which the Taliban ordered destroyed because it offended their Muslim sensibilities.
His main point was that the Taliban was a creation of the Pakistani I.S.I., so war with Afghanistan was futile. It was not the Afghans who were seeking to spread Islamist mayhem – they were merely pawns of the Pakistani Islamist movement, and its agents within the Pakistan government.
As time passes, it becomes more and more clear that he was absolutely right.

CaliforniaDave - July 16th, 2011 at 2:51 am

Go away, spammer.

VA_Rancher - July 16th, 2011 at 3:21 am

"The 500 pound prejudicial bastards and bigots are the DNC! "

That has ALWAYS been true!

Democrats, the PRO-Slavery Party! (read history, it is true).

zillaoftheresistance - July 16th, 2011 at 4:22 am

Thank you for the kind words about my blog. I am generally in favor of bombing to smithereens anyone who hurts us, but yes, I've too noticed that a lot of those doing the jihad in Afghanistan tend to come from other places. But the mentality of sharia fueled brutality has infected many of the men in Afghanistan now. Just the other day, some Afghan women bravely walked through Kabul to protest the way they are treated, they needed armed soldiers to protect them, and the men watching were furious, turning red in the face and spitting as they passed.
What is really sad is that some of the worst countries that are islamist now, didn't used to be. Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Pakistan and others were fairly decent places not so long ago. Women were allowed to show their beauty rather than bury it under cloth, they could get educations and jobs, music was enjoyed and a person was allowed to be happy without worrying that some mullah would order them beaten or killed. Even non-muslims existed peacefully in these places for hundreds of years after islam came into being, it is just within the last half century or so that things fell apart when brutal islamic theocracies took over. Check out youtube & look up Iran before the Revolution for some real eye openers.

"History teaches or punishes; which shall we chose?"

JoeInMichigan - July 16th, 2011 at 8:07 am

I'm old enough that I remember much of that, zilla – especially Iran. And I'm convinced we could have shut down the Islamist movement there very quickly, and saved the entire region decades of war and strife, if we had had just about anyone but Carter as President.

NutsnBolts - July 16th, 2011 at 8:50 am

Nice to see Ramirez reporting things straight…

zillaoftheresistance - July 16th, 2011 at 9:03 am

Yep, I remember it too, I was a little kid tying yellow ribbons on trees in the neighborhood for our American hostages in Iran. Also around that time, a guy from the neighborhood was a commercial pilot for a plane that had been hijacked by jihadis who kept the people in the plane hostage for several days, I think, on the tarmac somewhere. I remember they killed at least one innocent person in the standoff and threw the body out on the tarmac. It was the beginning of the rise of islamic supremacists against the west which has advance in large part due to their leftist American enablers, like Carter then & Obama now.
There are whole swaths of western cities & towns that have been taken over by islamonazis, and just as they do when they take over a country, one of the first things they do is ban music.
Which brings me to my latest post, come see some rocking fatwa worthy music videos here:

O may not hold the US in high regard but he loves our piggy bank , check book and credit rating.

Annie_C - July 16th, 2011 at 12:07 pm

Ramirez has been reporting things straight for many years. He is fearless.

Annie_C - July 16th, 2011 at 12:12 pm

Oh, Michael Ramirez is my hero! An incredibly gifted artist with a fearless conservative sensibility.

He has won the Pulitzer twice, by the way.

He has a somewhat recent book of collected cartoons entitled "Everyone Has the Right to My Opinion."

You can find him online at Investors Business Daily. Look back through the archive there. He is hilarious and "right" on target every time!

IvoryGuard - July 16th, 2011 at 4:54 pm

Don't forget to tax the crepes before you eat them, monsieur.

pendit1 - July 16th, 2011 at 6:26 pm

Michael Ramirez strikes again….brilliantly, as usual!

pendit1 - July 16th, 2011 at 6:28 pm

I have his book and it is OUTSTANDING!
Makes a wonderful Christmas, Birthday, or 'Just Because' gift for your favorite politicl junkie.

Consrvativ_KDH - July 16th, 2011 at 8:09 pm

Yep. Obi-wun Nairobi and his tribe have used it so much the numbers have worn off the plastic.

JoeInMichigan - July 16th, 2011 at 10:31 pm

Bookmarked you. Very busy moving the ex and kids right now, but doodled around your blog a bit.
Good stuff. I love The Clash and Big Audio Dynamite – some of the best '80s music. Even though they were spot on with Rock the Casbah, mostly their politics sucked – especially the Sandinista bullsh!t. I can forgive them though, because they rocked so good.

From Accuracy in Media's Logan Churchwell: While some conservative leaning blogs are beginning to grumble that a popular NPR personality is hosting a fundraiser for the Obama campaign this week, POLITICO and other outlets carrying the original Minnesota Public Radio report are only skimming the surface of a long...
