Remember folks, being a justice dosen't make you a judge.

Take a really good look at that photo. What we know is a 'Journolist Guys' wet dream. What Pathological Progressive Lies have manifested.

That photo is OUR failure. Just look how low the bar has been set for POTUS & SCOTUS. We allowed that rat-infested cesspool – Chicago – into our lives. We let them MOCK us. We let them SPIT on us. We let them PILFER our liberty.

OUR FAILURE in one neat little photo. Our dignity is on the edge of the cliff. Lose that and we've lost the nation. Pat Caddell better be right. That November tidal wave better wash Chicago clean from our psyche and our lives forever.

She is on the court in order to promote executive authority, while at Harvard, Kagan wrote a detailed article on why and how the courts should and could promote executive authority ;
"I accordingly close this Article by considering how courts attuned to the benefits of presidential administration could adjust important doctrines of administrative law – the nondelegation doctrine and two judicial review doctrines – to promote this mechanism of bureaucratic control in its most beneficial form and appropriate scope."

We know that she favors sharia law, and that should have been sufficient to disqualify her for the position, IMHO.

Neither Kagan or Sotomayor have any business being on the Supreme Court. My pet cats have more business being on the Supreme Court than either of them do. At least one could argue that Ginsburg or Breyer had the professional credentials to warrant their confirmation but the fact that both Sotomayor and Kagan were willing to blatantly lie with a smile during their confirmation hearings and misrpresent their views means that either will say or do anything to further their agenda and that neither has any principles or character.

I figured Kagan was going to be confirmed. Obama could nominate Charles Manson for the Supreme Court, and he'd have enough left-leaning Dems and RINO votes to confirm him, the way the House and Senate are currently stacked.

If Obama nominates someone to something, that's ALL I need to know, and run the other way. FAST…

She is Obama's gift to the Country, that will keep on giving….for 40yrs….

That is why the scope and size of the federal regulatory agencies and departments MUST be the focus for Conservatives. Bureaucrats, who do not answer to the American people at the ballot box, practice and promote tyranny through their misuse of power.

That is a big part of Kagan's argument, these agencies are set up by congress and once an agency head and funding are put in place the agency are pretty much on their own–running amuck. Her argument is that congress quickly loses interest or, in many cases, has no expertise in the agency–so due to lack of interest in over site by congress, she argues that the President is expected–even though not specified, to be the head of all agencies.

Really it is a good argument, somebody should be running the rudderless agencies…my argument would be, get rid of the agencies.
