Here's something that no one is talking about concerning tonight's primaries: In my homestate of Missouri Prop C, the first legislative challenge to Obamacare exempting Missourians from Obamacare penalities, passed by 3-1 in every single county except Kansas City and St. Louis City. Rick Santorum took every...

How I see Obama's presidency ending: Let's say there's another airliner terrorist attack/attempt. I think the increased alert in the UK is a sign that it is a matter of 'when' rather than 'if.' Now let's go back to the Christmas Day Bomber, the Obama administration–for political reasons–decided to send the terrorist to the Mayberry Jail and into the hands of Barney Fife. Where he 'lawyered-up.' And refused to speak. Can you imagine the anger (worldwide!) aimed at Obama? He'll be seen as the president who prevented probably useful intelligence from being used to prevent anything that happens from that point forward. For Obama, this will not end well. Don't play politics with people's lives, and that's exactly what he has done.

Can you name some… http://bit.ly/72H4qY #BigTweet…
Name someone like Frank Ross today?
The MSM is chocked full of them:
Dan Rather, Brian Williams, Charlie Gibson, Katie Couric, Rachel "The Bull" Maddow, Chris "Wet Leg" Matthews, Keith "Big Head" Olberman.
That was easy enough.
(/sarc off)
Stacy McCain looks a bit like Cagney, don't you think?
Cagney seethes like a thousand volcanoes as he squirms in his seat, tethered to the repulsive Raft. The eyeballs of audiences throughout the world are riveted to Cagney's face for what seems like hours until he gets up and socks Raft, satan personified, with a left to the jaw.
They don't make them like that any more.
How about Goles and O'Keefe?
The Republican's are a party of NO!!!!!!
NO more taxes….
NO more corrupt government…..
NO more "special deals"…….
NO more progressive agenda…..
YES we are the party of NO!!!!!
They simply do not mae them anymore like James Cagney.
I probably could name them if I could pronounce or spell their names.
They're very thin on the ground here but there are a lot of them trying hard in such physical and virtual mind-prisons as China, Russia, Burma, Belarus, Viet Nam, Libya, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, North Korea, Berkeley, and San Francisco.
All the honest ones have been in our old nemesis, the former Soviet Union….Russia….. But they don't jail them there……they murder them.
No reporter in this country has shown that kind or fearlesness.
I would put Glen Beck and Breitbart with Giles and O'Keefe on the list. Whoever leaked the global warming emails also. There are others, but I wish there were more.
they are a party.. a socialist party a government party an ally of the democrats.. they believe in giving property free speech. What you said they believe is wrong their ACTIONS say we love big government. higher taxes except for corp. the love special deals.. they are progressives.. yes the are party of no freedom for the little guy..
I heard bin ladin was forming a corp to buy his freedom.. I also heard that GE with its new found rights will soon be running for president after GE wants all their constitutional rights. I would protest all this but I am only a poor person and I have no rights.
Goal of the parties is to protect their power at all costs. Solution give corp. which is property more power than the people. Once again the government parties have put party before country..
Rick, calm down, have cup of tea! All politicians live and thrive on tax-payer money – left or right. The Washington folks need to be put on a no-pork and no sweet deals diet.
the supreme court just gave them rights..if you can give property constitutional rights and give foreigners constitutional rights to influnce our election process then they have rights to everything.
Soon they will be giving water fountains their miranda rights.
Now *that's* a friggin' movie!
Thanks for posting the trailer today.
U.S. corporations are taxed at 38% the highest level of any industrialized nation – that's a disgrace – "We the People" pay those taxes which are just funneled along to the consumer…
Government and it's supporters in the Democrat Party are just bad with economics…plain & simple.
Like Frank Ross Breitbart exposes corruption, cronyism, & media bias. Andrew B. knew that traditional media chose not to cover certain stories which gave him the opportunity to present those stores to and hungry readership. In the Golden Age of Newpapers cities had 10 or 12 papers competing for business. Street smart reporters without any kind of college degree fought for any story that would sell papers. Tough immigrant kids fought for the best corner to sell newspapers. That sure as heck is not the spirit of the elitist L.A. & NYC Times. Today you can only find that unbridled, kick-ass spirit with internet news. Thanks to Andrew and the rest of the gang. Might I suggest Big Ed-ucation. Kids are being brainwashed by their teachers as I write.
I forgot. George Raft & Jimmy Cagney really came across like a couple of bad boys. Today's actors grew up in the suburbs and do not have that gangster attitude.
Go be a victim somewhere else … like the DailyKOS, or the Democrat Party.
Man what a trailer! I've just got to find this flick. James Cagney rules!

a victim???
please spread you republican knowledge
you are going to be real fun..
you should read my profile before you put your foot in your mouth..
how does it taste government party member.. tell why are republican afraid of representation?
why do they steal tax payer money to give to their party?
why are republicans so progressive?
I see the thumb but no debate.. or was that a vote for GE for president?
what does corp. tax rate have to do with giving property constitutional rights?
It is the progressive tax code both parties love that has caused your tax rate problem.
1. Not a Republican (at least not first and foremost); certainly not a registered one.
2. No, actually you will find me to be a real buzzsaw to your insipidity. As an aside, considering the quality of your arguments and writing, I'd shelve the over-the-top, cartoonish overconfidence, if I were you.
3. Don't need to read your profile — your posts to this thread speak volumes. You are either: a) highly misinformed, or b) deceptively attempting to dispirit conservatives, and dissuade them from supporting the GOP — currently their only practical (if not natural) home — by attempting to draw some moral or ideological equivalence between the Republican and Democrat parties.
4. Exactly to what you are referring in your first two questions is unclear. As for the last one, I would counter your absurd notion that Republicans are *so progressive* by simply asking: how many of the 60 votes in the Senate for Obamacare were cast by members of the GOP? Don't answer, it's rhetorical.
Just as a bonus, I would thank Breitbart for wisely allowing guests to post with a flick of the mouse — I would have bailed if required to undergo some registration process. And just think — the rest of you fine folks would have been deprived of this spontaneous little flareup. In my defense, I'm not the one who originally took this comment section OT … Let the people speak, mods!
(BTW, folks, let this fellow be an example to you: always take your Beck with a pinch of salt.)
I heard these words before " I not a republican but only the republicans can save day"..thus you are republican.
the republicans are the allies of the democrats and use the government to maintain their power, thus they are government parties.
when a party uses the power and wealth of the government to maintain their power it does make the socialist thus progressive.. we would not want a fair election to get in their way of their power.
before I waste my time on you are going to debate or just hate.
just look at the postive you debate the people will love you
lmao… you are going to be fun..
The progressive tax code and regulations which both government parties support dictate who will have the depression and who will have the recession and who will succeed. The bank bailouts once and for all declared the connected won’t be allowed to fail and working people won’t be allowed to succeed and will be stuck with the bill. To the supporters of the bail out what do you tell the people who were hurt by the bail out? You answer clearly was “ it sucks to be you” or was it a more gentlemen’s response “yea me screw you”?
A republic is founded on laws and when those laws are not enforced then there is no republic there is only corruption.
When this country learns that our liberty was stolen one tax, one regulation, one manipulation at a time and all in the name of the public good or is it for government good or is it for party good, they will know it was the government parties that killed the promise of America.
In case some of you forgot part of that promise was the right to succeed, but also the right to fail.
Corporations are properly viewed (by people who value liberty, that is) as a method by which people organize themselves to accomplish that which they could not alone. In this regard, it is no different than any number of other plural entities, such as unions, advocacy groups, churches, political parties, non-profits, etc.
Should anyone object to any particular message, the correct response is more (and more persuasive) speech — not shutting that message down.
Why do progressive government parties steal tax payer dollars to pay for their primaries and then deny those same voters the right to vote. You want closed primaries pay for them your selves, but progressive don’t do that they like using the power and wealth of the government.
People who frequent Breitbart's sites know the following: the MSM cannot be trusted to be objective. We instinctively DEVALUE its product (and it is just that — *a product*); and we refuse to hold members of this "profession" above their fellow Americans, in some protected or elevated class.
Remember, this is the Information Age: the opportunities for the rest of us to be "journalists" grow with each passing week. As such, at what point do an individual's online reviews, reports, or rants — regardless of the topic — cease being mere remarks and qualify as "news"?
And so when the Washington Post holds forth on one matter or another, why should *that organization* enjoy freedoms that the rest of us don't? Does a company have to buy a TV network to be exempt (as GE owns NBC)? Why should the law accord greater privilege and status to Pinch Sulzberger and the New York Times than, say, David Bossie and Ctizens United — or the people owning Exxon Mobil, for that matter?
In closing, this latest Supreme Court decision is celebrated by all who value freedom and equality under the law as a blow for free speech, government restraint, and the Constitution.
You speak in bizarre, conspiratorial platitudes. "The Republicans are the allies of the Democrats?" So Rep. Joe Wilson R-SC, who famously shouted "You lie!" during Obama's health care speech to Congress, is allied with Maxine Waters D-CA , who threatened to nationalize U.S. oil companies?
(BTW, why does every one of your comments have a single vote of approval? Is this sock puppetry?)
"I heard these words before 'I not a Republican but only the Republicans can save day'".
People just like you (and me, for that matter — I'm not sure I would exclude myself from this category) voted for Perot back in '92 and all it got us was eight years of Bill Clinton. To put that in terms you might appreciate, a draft dodger as POTUS, rather than Bob Dole, a wounded WWII vet.
WE CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE 20 PERCENTAGE POINTS AGAIN. And you can BET the people who constitute the core Democrat constituencies won't be splitting their vote.
This path you seem to advocate all but promises electoral disaster for the conservative movement. The GOP frustrates you? Don't confuse 'Republicans' with 'conservatives'. The latter must HARNESS the machinery of the former to have the best chance of victory.
I give you Exhibit A: the miracle of Scott Brown's election. The Dem's filibuster-proof majority is now gone — this is movement in the right direction.
attack the messanger
socialist tactics
party tactics
they allies they love to hold hands as they gerymander the country. as if it was spoils of war. strike one.
the elections laws put in place are to keep all others out . strike two
the both support the progressive tax code strike three
they both refused to control the border as if it was a game against the American people.
they both love amnesty
I can go on.
perot did not elect clinton the republicans did.. if the republican wants votes then they must put people forward that are worth supporting.
let remind you of our chances of saving the republicans.
The fringe.. The all and powerful Republican Lindsey Graham called those who seek freedom in HIS party , “fringe”, I think I have heard those words before from some democrats. Too bad he was just re-elected by 58% of the vote.. Too bad the republican party is full of grahams and they have all the power and money..
Even though I battle republicans here it is to show them the light that the party doesn’t want your answers. Show all the grahams across this country that freedom and your vote comes with a price.
Register unaffiliated and fight back for they will not listen until they are forced.
They can’t win without party members and as long as you stay a republican they will always call you fringe and laugh. and win.
Now browns victory.. If coakly had came out hard against this HC bill and the terrorist should tried in military court she would have won and the republicans know it.
This was not a republican victory. This was a unaffiliated victory for there was not enough republicans to win election. Brown must keep his promise or he will be gone that is the power of being unaffiliated. Without a party to re-elect the politician must keep their word or be gone.
52% of the state is independent and thus not a democratic state but an independent state.
Hoffman would have won if the system was designed for representation instead of party affiliation. The election laws cost him the election.
corp is property
people formed corp to limit liability.
thus the money is company money not theirs.
thus a corp is not a person and thus has no rights
corp. can have foreigners, foreign governments even terrorist own them.. that is bad for the election process.
giving rights to property diminish the voice a real person
and can be said with this ruling that people have become property.
To this republic there is nothing more sacred than individual freedom, for it was individual freedom an individual sacrifice the sacrifice of blood, body, and life that gave meaning and birth to a nation before a single word on a piece paper was written. Our sacred documents our soaked in the blood of individual sacrifice and thus it is individual freedom that must have priority over the money of business.
Business has no vote and thus no voice.
Business is a creation of government and thus part of government and thus no voice.
Business can not exist with out government, only trade between two individuals can and thus no voice.
Government can not exist without individual sacrifice and thus individual freedom has top priority.
When a business can bleed and die for this country then they should have a voice. Freedom has died today in dramatic fashion. The government parties have officially silenced the voters and declared this republic dead.
what you complain about NBC and I am sure GE is because they are corp.
what is not said here is about the local control and how local media also plays the same game, some hate democrats some hate republicans.
most media are members of the chamber of commerce and act to protect those interests.
get corp out the press and owned by individuals we might get a fair shake but I doubt it.
I have heard all the arguments and agree there is a problem, but
corp is not a person and thus has no constitutional rights. The people in them do, but their rights are already protected.
foreign influnce is a problem that can't be over looked or dismissed. this an american election not the chinese.
The progressive tax code and regulations which both government parties support dictate who will have the depression and who will have the recession and who will succeed. Joe Wilson……………hummmmmmmmmm? Haven't heard or seen him SINCE.
Do you think he could have been a leader, if he hadn't wimped out & apologized?
When the spotlight arrives, the kohones immediately begin shrinking. OO>oo
There are few things more sacred to a republic than representation. The one man one vote and all it’s citizens are represented equally promise. Why isn’t voter fraud hounded out of existence? Voter fraud is a direct assault on our republic, it can kill a nation. There is nothing more fraudulent than gerrymandering and it’s creation of an artificial majority based on party affiliation not representation to silence the dissention of we the people. It is one of the reason our congress does not listen to we the people. Gerrymandering is a creation of the government parties to protect their power and to turn representation into re-election.. The parties can not speak of freedom until districts are based on representation not party affiliation.
Foreign influence is a problem?
Then you must be for banning the BBC during elections from American cable systems, right? You must also be for erecting firewalls preventing us from accessing any foreign media, right? You know, like IHT or FT …
"Get corporations out of the press and owned by individuals?"
You say this so cavalierly. Not even the billionaire Rupert Murdoch owns a majority of News Corp. (I wonder if he could afford it).
I don't know about you, but I want access to news organizations that have resources and reporters flung all over the globe. This costs MONEY. And LOTS of it. There are precious few *individuals* — as you would like to see — who can underwrite such an undertaking. But corporations allow PEOPLE — i.e., *groups of individuals* — to come together and accomplish this.
Who knows? Maybe Breitbart will go public and we can ALL help him expand his reach and influence. Would you rule out participation on the grounds that it would constitute … yet another EVIL media corporation?
Your anger is consuming your ability to think straight.
"Business is a creation of government and thus part of government and thus (deserves) no voice. Business can not exist with out government, only trade between two individuals can …"
Business is NOT a creation of government. Just because government recognizes, regulates and respects business it does not follow that it has been CREATED by government.
Government recognizes your marriage … would you say that your marriage is a creation of government?
If you are a profesional of some type — say, a doctor, an accountant, a lawyer, perhaps even a plumber — which requires some form of certification or license to operate in your state, are you a "part of government" as you so derisively put it?
And as for this hallowed pure, natural state that you so simplistically wish for — "trade between two individuals" — all I can say is, thank God for corporations. No "individual" can bring us what we have today: modernity.
Cheap, abundant food. Technology that a hundred years ago would have appeared to be magic. Life-saving medications.
Conversely, trade between two individuals translates to the Stone Age: beads exchanged for land; hogs exchanged for grain.
I don't want that. I want a freakin' GPS-enabled, wirelessly-networked iPhone. And an *individual* could never bring me that. Nor could government, for that matter. But a CORPORATION can.
Way to see the tree rather than the forest.
I can't say I was happy when he apologized. In fact, arguably the man had it BACKWARDS: an apology was owed to his fellow congressmen (he refused to offer them one), BUT NOT to Obama.
(That having been said, I never imagined Breitbart's sites would attract the Freeper crowd; I assumed I would encounter more "relative" conservatives … those of the "reluctant" type … perhaps transitioning from the liberalism of their earlier days, or hounded out of the modern Democrat partry by its insane liberal orthodoxy.)
So, okay, Corny, substitute your Republican firebrand of choice in the above question, contrasting individual members of the GOP with the patent marxist Maxine Waters. Ron Paul, Michele Bachmann — still not the proverbial dime's worth of difference?
Good job, i will keep visiting this blog very often. I mean, her, awesome thoughts
