There is no need for James to tip his hand before it's time! If Holder refused to convict the intruders of the White House party…(Wasn't that invasion of the most TOP priority?) then he has NO RIGHT to incarcerate James!!!

O’Keefe was held over 24 hours without being allowed to contact a lawyer. Not reported by the MSM. The U.S. attorney assigned to the case recused himself the day after the arrest. Not reported by the MSM.

Precedent such as the intruders in the White House does not matter to this country's "Legal" system. On a daily basis, "Law Enforcement" selectively chooses which laws to enforce against whom. And the fine judges in the "Legal" system do not accept a defense that "Law Enforcement" let somebody else get away with it. Unless, of course, you're one of the Preferred Species. It doesn't look like Mr. O'Keefe qualifies there, unless, of course, he's actually a Democrat…

This kid is a jackass.. I hope Brightbart drops this him like a bad habit. I applauded his work on ACORN, thought it was great, but honestly who the hell does he think he is? Just because he quotes Scott Brown about "the peoples" office, he has no business going into a U.S. Senators office in disguise, regardless of his opinion of the sitting senator.

No doubt about it. It’ll be amusing to watch the right wing media trying to spin this latest debacle. Yesterday O’Keefe was the newest Fascist poster boy. Today he is a man looking at a nice stint in federal prison. The Republicans are once again experiencing the kind of OOPS moment for which they have become famous for in recent years. It really is quite touching when you think about it.
What I love more than anything is the "harmless school boy prank" angle that the right wing is trying to spin! I did a little bit of research, folks. Little Jimmy O'Keefe is almost two years older than Lee Harvey Oswald was when he assassinated President Kennedy. So much for that argument – you would think.
Is this merely the tip of a nasty iceberg? Will O’Keefe “cooperate” with federal investigators in order to reduce his sentence? Are there bigger fish that are due some serious frying?
