I have been preaching for a while now that the time has come, that NOW is the time for out of the box thinking and unconventional tactics to take this radical machine down. The actions of phone calls, emails, faxes, protests etc are not working. If they did the event of 3/21/10 would have never taken place, which put this country onto the road of socialism.

Florida doctor's sign warns away Obama supporters

MOUNT DORA, Fla. – A central Florida urologist has posted a sign on his office door warning supporters of President Barack Obama to find a different doctor.
The notice on Dr. Jack Cassell's Mount Dora practice says, "If you voted for Obama, seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years."
Cassell told the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday he wasn't questioning patients or refusing care, because that would be unethical.
"But if they read the sign and turn the other way, so be it," he said.
Cassell, 56, also provides Republican reading material in the waiting room – probably not a risky move, given that Mount Dora's 10,000 residents and the surrounding area lean heavily conservative. Above a stack of GOP health care literature, a sign reads: "This is what the morons in Washington have done to your health care. Take one, read it and vote out anyone who voted for it."
The Florida Department of Health's Division of Medical Quality Assurance, which investigates complaints and handles licensing, did not immediately return telephone messages seeking comment on Friday.
A University of Florida professor said Cassell is walking a thin line between right and wrong. William Allen, a professor in bioethics, law and medical professionalism, said civil rights protections prevent patient discrimination. But the law only provides for race, gender, religion, sexual orientation and disability – not political opinion.
Allen said Cassell may be within his rights if he doesn't quiz patients about their politics and hasn't refused to see anyone.
"(He's) trying to hold onto the nub of his ethical obligation," Allen said. "But this is pushing the limit."
Cassell has been practicing in the area since 1988. His wife, Leslie Campione, is a lawyer and GOP candidate for the county commission.
Cassell says most patients have been extremely supportive, though three had complained.
"They know it's not good for them," Cassell said.

No, I'm not talking about staging silly Code Pink-like outbursts in Congress. I'm saying this:
If the current health care bill has no teeth in terms of enforcement, what if conservatives and other like-minded individuals started a campaign to SIMPLY IGNORE IT?
And what if we announced it publicly? That's right — we tell Obama and his collectivist sycophants in no uncertain terms that we're not cooperating with the IRS and we're not paying their silly fines, because the IRS has no power to charge interest, seize our property, etc.
And what if the states that are currently suing the federal government encouraged their citizens to do the same — especially states such as Virginia, which outlawed individual mandates to buy health insurance.
You tell me this: What exactly would the federal government do about it if entire states, as well as millions of people across the fruited plain, simply refused to pay anything into ObamaCare? I mean, would Chairman B.O. send the IRS to everybody's house? Would he mobilize the National Guard?
Of course not. He might try to deny states certain types of federal funding, but doesn't that take an act of Congress, and don't we have 41 senators now?
Ditto with any pseudo cap-and-trade rules imposed by the EPA. Didn't Texas pass a law exempting itself from such fiats?
So what if the entire state of Texas — and others — simply gave Obama and the EPA the equivalent of a raised middle finger? What if they simply said, "No, we're not paying any such tax, and we're not giving you any such power to regulate us. Have a nice day."
You see what I'm getting at? What if we starved their collectivist engine by refusing to buy the fuel for it? What if we brought it home to them that "We outnumber you, and you don't have enough government (or SEIU) workers to enforce diddly-squat."
The reason conservatives often lose is because of our loyalty to the rule of law and fair play. But remember that old document (gee, what was its name again?) that says the following:

Every member of Congress that makes more than the national average has to turn that money over to the people in their district to be held in a fund that will be lotteried off to only those people in their district every quarter. Any family members who have been hired by the government or who own a business that has profited from the Congress person's being in Congress in any way shape or form will have to turn over 100% of the amount they earn that is more than what they were earning before their family member became a Congress person.

Love how Shea-Porter says there is no reason for Medicare Advantage plans. Yes allow my patients to pay a little extra money a month to cover the 20%, that right 20% of health care costs that Medicare doesn't pay for is a waste of their money. If I were to bill my patients for their therapy(as a physical therapist) at say 75 bucks a treatment (which by the way is about 50% of what most clinics would bill) they would be responsible for about 15 bucks.
Which isn't a lot at first, but then you multiply that by three times a week, 45 buck, for 4-8 weeks that's $180-360. Again doesn't sound like a lot to most people but to the population that I work with that lives off Social Security that is a lot of money. And Democrats are supposed to be for the poor.
Democrats, progressives, populists, intellectuals, elitists, liberals, all are cheering for the Health Bill that was rammed through by Congress. They are overjoyed as America progresses toward SociaIism, they should be very careful what they wish for.
Somehow they think a new SociaIist America will look to them as heroes and leaders, that they will reap the rewards of a government run utopia which will take care of their every need. They are better described as useful idiots.
They really should study history and find out who will be rounded up and exterminated FIRST, pre-WWII Russia would be a good place to start. Social parasites, enemies of the people, government bureaucrats, minorities, deviants, all rounded up and either shot or sent to the Gulag labor camps to die, about 50 million in all.
