On my Twitter account, I follow a few hundred mainstream media-types (keep the enemy closer, right?), and unless I've missed it (and I hope I have), not a single one has spoken out in defense of Roland Martin. Not one. How scary is that. The politically correct Groupthink...

I can't call a guy right, when he panders to the implicit conclusion that there is injustice in not trying terrorists in civilian trials. I.e. giving discovery powers to Al Qaeda. He's a savage. F*** him.
While I don't agree with a majority of Stewart's politics, I sure as hell didn't mind laughing at the expense of the Man-Child in Chief. At least with Stewart, he's not as reluctant to cross over the tracks like most MSM trolls.
I don't know who got disrespected more… The POTUS or southpark?

Wow, all the media rats, well at least the notable ones, are jumping from the hope and change ship before the torpedoes hit.
These fools on the left believed in the goodness of a man, who lies with the ease of the best flim-flam man (Soros). Now here we are circling the bowl, and thanks to the John Stewarts of the world we have a nitwit community organizer as president…God help us!
I can't watch this dude for more than a few seconds, don't care how "right" he is. Self-serving narcissist.
Just as with Olby's snitty defection from DKos, I guess these guys can't be wrong 100% of the time. It's just statistically impossible.
John Stewart helped Obama get into office. Criticizing him a little doesn't make up for that. He's just trying to boost his ratings and bashing his messiah can accomplish that goal.
Jon Stewart is still in denial.
Sure he savaged Obama, but he threw in the obligatory Bush and Palin jokes, as well as the "Look, I think he's a nice guy" kind of comment. Stewart was throwing left hooks but still pulling the punches.
If Jon was fully honest with himself about Obama, he would cease being liberal. I'm not going to hold my breath on that, though.
I'm sorry this Jewish Leftist idiot will be laughing out the other side of his mouth when that mushroom shaped cloud starts rising over Israel.
Every stone thrown leaves a mark.
FordPerfect1969 and War_Machine are correct, but so am I. Remember when this half-wit twit went after Nancy Pelosi? http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/tue-may-12-2009...
He is still a Left-wing weasel, but I will accept all criticism of this Congress and White House.
Funny, they get all excited about the falseness yet, they can't see it in themselves.
Ahh, those kooky elitists. What will they do next.
Exactly.
This election cycle is proving to be a very interesting one, as mainstream politicians are realizing that we do, indeed, want that illusive "change we can believe in" and that we were very serious during the Town Hall meetings back in 2009. Politicians better start representing the people they serve or they will face a loss of their lucrative little political careers or, for the newcomers, they better represent the people who chose them or their political careers will be VERY short-lived. Let it be known now that we, the people of the United States, will be watching every move you make, and if you plan on representing us, you had better know OUR Constitutional rights and protect them. After all, that IS what we elect you to do!

Like he would really care.
Flippin' toad.
Correction: "You have to admit, when John Stewart is right, he's Left"
Or, it's rare. Take your pick.

true.you said it rightly http://www.yourpcmovies.net
"If Jon was fully honest with himself about Obama, he would cease being liberal."
I think this is very true. He was admitting that power corrupts, that Obama was okay with the same power Bush wielded because now HE was in power. He was admitting the hypocrisy as well as the tenets of our Founding – that human beings are flawed and therefore human beings in gov't need to be checked and balanced and limited.
But I don't think the light bulb has quite gone off yet. Perhaps maybe it will. He was very close.
Hilarious. Like I've said before, I usually disagree his political stances, but Stewart (unlike Maher or Mcfarlane) is a funny guy.
I'm not surprised that the media is turning on Obama. The same thing happened with Clinton. They pour all their hopes and dreams into the guy, but he can't make everything they want happen because A) what they want isn't realistic and B) what they want isn't what most Americans want.
Right? maybe…………..an asshole? always.
It doesn't matter, they all have a noose around their neck, and its nailed to the deck of the ship.
IT'S FUNNY HOW THE LEFT THINKS THAT JON STEWART AND THE DAILY SHOW IS NEWS.

Who woke Stewart up?

Nobody. He's just trying to jump off the sinking ship. When things are bad, and they've run out of conniving ways to blame things on the right; they eat each other alive.
Jon Stewart slamming the president?
We can expect his fellow libsters to now accuse him of being the racist they accuse everyone else of being.

Osiyo,
I enjoyed Stewart's sarcasm, most of it was right on.
One thing I did find offensive was the title, as a Cherokee and a descendant of the Trail of Tears, I would think a more appropriate title could have been found.
The 1830 Indian Removal act which Andrew Jackson enforced was nothing but pure hatred of my tribe, an ethnic cleansing which nearly wiped my people out of existence. The Cherokee people have made a remarkable comeback, mainly through self determination and persistence to become the largest tribe in the United States.
Wado for listening,
