He also had a guest, Bob Franken that was saying maybe Obama is too smart to get his message across, not a Great Communicator. He said Sarah Palin resonated with her audience because her message was simple. Franken said that maybe what Obama needs to do is what (get this) journalists often need to do and "dumb down his message"

Ratigan then responded that Sarah Palin was more successful at getting her message across because of simplicity and stupidity, to which Franken said he would not commit journalistic suicide by saying Palin was stupid. (maybe he's not so dumb after all)

These loons are getting desperate folks, their messiah is looking like the incompetent inexperienced newbee that he is, and they know it. The fat lady isn't singing yet, but I can see her shadow in the curtain stage LEFT~!!!!!

I think Ratigan has no right to say that without proof. He could have qualified it better, like "I theorize Jones is working for Breitbart", but it's still in dire need of evidence.

It does go to show however, how obvious it seems to mainstream pundits that Breitbart is somehow the messaging organ for the neocons who want to retake Congress to preserve tax breaks for billionaires. Ratigan falsely imagines though, that Breitbart was above the Pastor in the hierarchy – they are about the same in that they create the PR to serve the shadowy donors that want to continue the plunder of middle class families we saw begun in the financial implosion of October 2008.

To get middle class voters to vote once again for trickle-down theorists, all the election season tricks must be used, including abortion, guns, gays and fear of brown people. But I admit one thing, it does work! Look at the tea party gravitating to "worse evil" candidates without being able to articulate why their economic policies are any better than the do-nothing Dems. Why bother talking economics when we can talk about muslims, mosques and mental ministers? Our kids are in debt more than they can ever repay anyway!

Dylan Ratigan is a loser. He couldn't cut it on CNBC business. He came off as a jerk there, and he's a jerk at MSNBC.

I hope he does reconsider and then follow through. Muslims should take a page from Christians and grow up. My library is well stocked if you want to try and defend trickle down with research, I'd love to see what's in your library. Defense of trickle down was attempted successfully before Bush43 was elected but he was chased out – not because of his illegal war – but because of the economy and what his tax cuts and deregulation did to our deficit and the basic functions of our financial systems. The rich got the tax breaks but created no jobs.

Looking backwards when Reagan first did it, Americans started to see that Reagan tried trickle down and tripled the deficit. So pull out your proof that the deficit didn't grow massively each time trickle down was attempted because I'm prepared to show you how America prospered by every measure before trickle down (except hoarding of wealth by the top .1% most affluent of course.

I don't think we can expect Muslims to necessarily be able to stop Jihadist bent wack jobs. What we expect and are not hearing is a majority of Muslims outwardly and LOUDLY condemning their violent actions carried out in the name of Allah.

Many are LOUDLY condemning it (their right under free speech) We understand they have the right to build it there, and we have a right to point out that it's not helpful, nor neighborly given what happened there. Likewise everyone should (and have) acknowledge that the wacky pastor has a right to express himself that way if he wants to, but again, it is not helpful and serves nothing more than to provoke hatred towards us all as Americans.

What would be nice is to hear the same from moderate Muslims in a LOUD AND LARGE VOICE.
