Sure there’s bad news out there if you want it. Yes, tax day was last week, trillions of new taxes are on the way, some of the Obamanites are pushing for a VAT in addition to the income tax, enormous deficits are predicted for at least a decade and our national debt is sky high.

But my advice to you is not to start drinking heavliy. You don’t even need to hide all the sharp objects in your house. I have good news! Americans’ faith in government is reaching an all time low. More people want less government. We are winning. Just ask the Pew Research Center:
By almost every conceivable measure Americans are less positive and more critical of government these days…
Rather than an activist government to deal with the nation’s top problems, the public now wants government reformed and growing numbers want its power curtailed. With the exception of greater regulation of major financial institutions, there is less of an appetite for government solutions to the nation’s problems — including more government control over the economy — than there was when Barack Obama first took office…
Just 22% say they can trust the government in Washington almost always or most of the time, among the lowest measures in half a century…
The problem is, whom do we elect? Does this current crop of politicians get it, yet? Will they do the hard work of cutting government across the board — including “entitlements” — or will they get seduced by Washington once they get there? Do they understand that Big Government “solutions” like FDR deployed during the Depression didn’t work then and won’t work now? Will they keep the Bush tax cuts, cut corporate taxes and capital gains taxes and/or go to a flat tax or a national sales tax (to replace the current income tax) and bring capital from all over the world to America to kick start the next boom?
A desire for smaller government is particularly evident since Barack Obama took office. In four surveys over the past year, about half have consistently said they would rather have a smaller government with fewer services, while about 40% have consistently preferred a bigger government providing more services…

The window of opportunity is opening for true conservative politicians. Time to step up.
Another piece of good news. Even the New York Times is printing articles about cutting spending and not increasing taxes.
To close the gap between expenditures and revenue, we’ll likely see a combination of revenue increases and spending cuts. And we’ll need to focus especially on reducing spending, largely because that taxes on the wealthy can be raised only so high…
Higher income tax rates would discourage hard work and encourage tax avoidance, thereby defeating the purpose of the tax increases…
Yes, I know this isn’t a “news” article, it’s a piece from economist Tyler Cowen, but at least the Times — which certainly employs its fair share of rich people – is running it. It’s a step!
Burdening citizens with much higher taxes would fundamentally change what this country is about. Our founders envisioned a government that would provide public goods but not guarantee everyone’s well-being against every possible obstacle…
The macroeconomic evidence also suggests the wisdom of emphasizing spending cuts. In a recent paper, Alberto Alesina and Silvia Ardagna, economics professors at Harvard, found that in developed countries, spending cuts were the key to successful fiscal adjustments — and were generally better for the economy than tax increases. Their conclusion was based on data since 1970 from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development…
Regular Americans and even the New York Times (sort of) understand the problems we are facing and what needs to be done. Are the politicians listening?

They will if "We the people" lean on em hard enough. 50% of this country's problem is the tax code that changes every which way the political winds are blowing. Make it simple, make it fair, and make everyone contribute.
Support the fair tax and conservative candidates for congress. Zip Zap and your done.
Sounds like the big desks at the times are deep in the throes of filling out their quarterly tax forms, and realize that their salaries, especially with a NYC COLA, have designated them "filthy rich." NOW they want to talk about spending cuts? Us down here in the crowd being told, "Oh, we promise we'll never come after you (just your 401Ks)" category have been saying this for a while now.
Care for a cup of TEA, grey lady?
Indeed – why don't we stop giving welfare to Israel and stop guaranteeing their safety?
The more people see the results of liberal ideas the more they want a less intrusive government. Political solutions to real-life problems have a real way of exacerbating the problems, not fixing them. Our current elected officials in Washington are providing one case study after another regarding this fact.
Socialism is awesome to lefties until it negatively affects them personally.
And what exactly does that have to do with taxes you anti-semite?
Because, to the anti-American jihadists and muslims, if there is speaking of anything bad anywhere, Israel has to be part or all to blame.
Nah. Then they just enact new entitlements/protections so they can continue to live their immoral sordid lives while pestering those who believe in personal responsibility.
Ah, we are finally starting to see the chasms beginning to develop between the pigs that sleep in the farm house and the ones that sleep in the barnyard. Welcome Grey Lady, to useful idiocy.
Ever since the financial downturn as a result of 9/11 most of America has started to learn how to live within their means.
Except for progressives, apparently.
Unfortunately, some people are still not "getting it".
Our local conservative party here on Long Island is making sweetheart deals with Randy Altschuler, a GREEN PARTY CANDIDATE as of only a couple of years ago who moved to NY when he couldn't get elected in NJ. We have many bonafide conservative candidates running, including the 9/12 group fave, GARY BERNTSEN, but the Conservative Party chairs seem to want to decide who they'll back at the risk of alienating voters and losing the election to Pelosi lapdog Tim Bishop (who said "yes" to healthcare once Rahm promised to help him raise campaign money).
You all MUST WATCH what your party chairs are doing and KEEP PRESSURE ON THEM to do the PEOPLE's will, NOT THEIR OWN!!!!
The Conservative party and the Republican party are going to be hearing unkind things from us TEA partiers here on the island, and if they work against us, outrage will not describe the mood.
I guess this is why the EPA has announced a contest for a video promoting how wonderful regulations are.
Organization and regulations are needed, but there's also so many deleterious regulations.
It is downright creepy for the government to offer a prize to people to get them to create propaganda that shows how wonderful it is to be regulated by the government.
The US also gives aid to the Palestinians; is that to be stop as well?
It better!
That graph bothers me. It almost looks exponential. Are all the values adjusted to today's dollars?
Where do you think all the money for welfare to Israel and wars for Israel comes from????
BTW, we pay through the nose for gas thanks to that, too, as our military consumes so much in this near decade long conflict (that we are losing.)
Wouldn't have to if we weren't giving aid to Israel to slaughter them.
Perhaps we should give military aid to Palestine. I know conservatives are big fans of "teach a man to fish." We should make Palestine equal militarily to Israel, then we wouldn't have to help either one. Good investment and our military suppliers would benefit. How could you object to that?
"I have good news! Americans’ faith in government is reaching an all time low. More people want less government. We are winning."
Well … I can't deny that things could be worse … but I think I'll hold off on the celebrations until Obama, Reid and Pelosi lose their leadership positions, at the very least …
Wait a minute I thought we went to war for BIG OIL and profits… I mean isn't that what you leftist screamed at me as I went over there and fought???? What about the 1st Gulf War??? I guess that was all because of Israel's treatment of a "Palestinians"!! Also We are winning the WAR in case you missed Joe telling the world that the war in Iraq was one the current administrations greatest achievements.
I know I should not feed the trolls or encourage them and as atonement for this I would encourage all conservatives to please don't let friends who are libs procreate and continue to dilute the DNA gene pool.
Via Stephen Plaut at the Jewish Post, things that are great about Israel (agree after having experienced several firsthand):
"2. Israel is the only country in the world where, if someone calls you a "dirty Jew", it means you need a bath (old Efraim Kishon quip, but still good)."
"7. Israel is the only country in the world with bus drivers and taxi drivers who read Spinoza and Maimonides."
"8. Israel is the only country in the world where you dare not gossip about other people on the bus in Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Polish, or Romanian lest others on the bus understand what you are saying."
"9. Israel is the only country in the world with northern European standards of living and southern European weather. It is the only place on earth with an Israeli spring, the most glorious time of year on the planet."
"12. Israel is the only country in the world where reservists are bossed around and commanded by officers, male and female, younger than their own children."
"16. Israel is the only country in the world where the coffee is already so good that Starbucks went bankrupt trying to break into the local market."
And one that made me laugh after spending a few nights as a guest in an Israeli household:
"32. Israel is the only country in the world where bank robbers kiss the mezuzah as they leave with their loot."
On another note, Maimonides is brilliant, a must read for anyone interested in philosophy. Anyone who can so seamlessly apply Aristotelian thought to the Torah is worth reading.
So, you’ve got the West Bank and Gaza . . . HAMAS who’s already supplied by somebody else, and you’ve got the PA who three years ago lost control of Gaza to HAMAS. Now, how are you going to organize your little army?
Wait a minute I thought we went to war for BIG OIL and profits…
Well, their profits are sky-high.
I thought neocon Wolfowitz said oil profits would pay for the war…..but they haven't….so BACK TO YOU. http://videocafe.crooksandliars.com/heather/rove-...
What about the 1st Gulf War???
Wolfowitz, and agent for Israel and globalism, was involved in setting that up, too, by having April Glaspie green-light the invasion of Kuwait.
Not winning the war -http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/arti...
I sure am glad mcshame wasn't elected he would have done the same crap from amnesty to cap and trade to healthcare. I'm just glad it BO who is waking people up and not the phony conservative Mcshame.
Whatreallyhappened/Randy/Dhasselhoff is like Eric Cartman, minus the cunning and sense of humor.
Then don't evevn think of looking at the one that shows 2010-2020. You will have to exercise your new healthcare!
Im am not Jewish, not from Israel, and dont think I even know any jews where I live. I really have nothing to do with anything related to Israel on a personal level.
One thing I do know, if Israel falls, then the United States is DONE, along with the rest of the world.
PICK UP A BIBLE AND READ !!!!
You've got the Israeli backstabbers and then the rest of the Middle East which will eventually be offered protection by China and/or Russia. Then what will the US have? LOL!
Why drive away allies for the sake of the ingrates of Israel?
So you bought the jihads propoganda hook line and sinker! Great job there you ANTI-AMERICAN tool –
go do some serious reading and them try really hard to say something that doesn't sound like you're talking out of your ass – here's a start for you, read anything by Walid Phares and see if you can figure it out -
dumb ass fool – stfu and go get some serious help, you've been brainwashed
ANTI-AMERICAN dumbass troll – here's your sign
I'd rather see you homeless before we cut one dime of aid to Israel. You and all the rest of the Satanically influenced Jew haters.
I am no financial expert so I will defer to a favorite radio host of mine, Jason Lewis, who points out that on a earnings per share basis, Big Oil has not been as good an investment as if one had put their money into tech or finance or several other sectors.
It is not like Big Oil owns the resource–they have to buy their oil and then make a profit on that increased expense. Not to mention the myriad of hoops they must jump through in the form of different blends of gas for different regions thanks to environmental group pressures ( who have also thwarted the construction of new refineries).
On the issue of Wolfowitz, Jude Wanniski didn't have much nice to say about him, referring to him as Darth Vader, with Richard Perle being a close second.
I dont' care which party is in power, I worry about the top dogs listening to 'advisors' who have their own pet agenda in mind.
Do you know who is writing the financial reform bill? The "Group of 30" Do you know who belongs to the "Group of 30"? Ex or current CEOs and chairs of Goldman Sachs, AIG, NY Federal Reserve, Federal Reserve, Ex Clinton Secretary of Treasury etc. Does anybody actually believe that THESE guys are the ones to write the bill on financial reform?
That is a VERY interesting graph of the national Debt.
However, can I request that someone give us a more useful and informative version of that chart, please?
I would like to see the same chart – or better yet a way to generate that chart base upon both the historical actuals, but also to (optionally) including the *then-current 5-20 year projections* for federal debt/deficits.
Also, I would VERY much like to color-code that chart with a combined color/tone/crosshatching/etc for which party controlled the presidency, congress as a whole, and the house &senate separately.
THEN the chart might truely be informative as to who helped balloon it so eagerly the most. …and before you ask, YES it DOES matter.
ALL foreign aid should be stopped. Let the wonderful countries of the UN provide aid to the world's poor and downtrodden.
Oh, wait; the UN IS the undiluted representative body of the world's poor and downtrodden.
Western Civilization is threatened by unearned guilt, the theory that somehow it is responsible for all the globe's ills. That is the only source of power that the world's welfare bums have.

You mean the China and Russian aren't already involved?
It is through reading I have come to this conclusion. If I just drooled and watch Fox News I would sound like you.
Just started listening to Jason Lewis a bit.
Don't understand what your point is about Big Oil – if you are trying to somehow make some poverty case for them you have your work cut out for you.
See how Zionism and American patriotism are mutually exclusive?
Who said that?
perhaps in purely nominal dollar terms their profits sound huge, but on a earnings per share basis, they are not so huge. Besides, profit is a good thing, it means they are successfully providing a product that the public wants to buy (or needs to buy, if you wish).
Would you rather have an available source of gas at $4 a gallon or no gas available at $2 a gallon? Remember Hillary saying that she wanted to 'take those profits' and "invest" (!!) them in alternative energy sources, or Maxine Waters saying that "this congressman would like to sociali…….." the oil industry?
On the other hand, as Jason has also pointed out, the combined profits of Big Oil since 1976 is less than the taxes collected by governments on that product during the same time. Now THAT is a travesty; the gov't does NOTHING to take any of the business risks involved and yet it skims off its share simply because it can.
And, the federal gas tax is not dedicated to roads, a portion of it is given back to the states for the mass transit account, ie, road users are paying for light rail, bike paths and other stupid public transit boondoggles.
"Growing more conservative" means wanting more freedom. More individual rights, less government anything.
We live in a topsy-turvy America in which Obama thinks he's running the show. And if we let him, he will.
Conservatives simply want to take back America. Force O and the other National Socialists to obey the US Constitution or face the consequences of violation of their oaths of office.
I'm so sorry I don't fit into your pre-defined box, bozo.
I did. Russian and China already excerpt an influence in the ME. Russian and China both supply Iran with technology and Syria as well. How many buddies do you believe the US in the ME?
——–
Exxon Mobil made history on Friday by reporting the highest quarterly and annual profits ever for a U.S. company, boosted in large part by soaring crude prices.
….. $11.66 billion, or $2.13 per share. ….

Besides, profit is a good thing….
So, if an industry lobbies for war, paid for by the tax payers and American lives, so they can make a profit that is just fine?
Would you rather have war and gas at $4 or peace and gas at $2?
or Maxine Waters saying that "this congressman would like to sociali…….." the oil industry?
Say what you will, they stopped gouging Americans after that. And that is exactly what they were doing.
Fewer than before we started supporting violent cultists in Israel. We have positioned ourselves badly and there is no explanation for it other than certain people arranging this for their OWN agenda.
"Fewer than before…"
Could you be a little more specific about the names of these good bubbies, that is, the ones the US had, before they buggered off.
Someone complaining about an oil company making 5 cents a gallon profit on gasoline but does not complain that the government makes 15 cents a gallon tax on that same gallon.
Yeah operational challenges, good one. Whatreallyhappened, now you're just being pathetic in your Jew hatred.
Israel's got less unemployment and more domestic economic growth than every nation in the Western world, including America. But they couldn't afford Starbucks. And somehow, we can…go figure. Must be all those Palestinian babies they buy for brunch, or so Stormfront told me.
I will complain about that. Let's starve government until they stop making war.
I think that $4 a gallon gas stopped the economy in its tracks, right along side the talks of nationalizing the industry. What else might have broken the price was the pressure on gov't to open up some of the US's own energy reserves, which inexplicably remain off limits.
With the proposed exploitation of known reserves previously off limits, it necessarily caused a deline in the price of reserves which aren't off limits.
Please understand that I am not shilling for Big Oil or Big Business in general. If anything, I think that there is no such thing as Too Big To Fail, or as Jason said the other day on his show with regards to the Dodd Financial Sector bill, 'the way to stop bailouts is to STOP BAILOUTS!' ie, if a business makes decisions that put it out of business, there should be no gov't backstop.
I continue to believe that a big problem is the interconnectedness of Wall Street / Big Business and Big Gov't. How many Wall Streeters have passed through various administrations, only to go back to Wall Street to inform their new bosses of the rules they helped put in place?!
There is a fundamental economic disconnect going on in the US and world economy as we speak: there is NO way that oil should be at the $80 level at the same time as there is 10% unemployment in the US.
I would argue that the fundamental problem is a monetary one, which is to say that the Fed has so horribly mangled the value of the currency that a dollar that bought 1 / 35th of an ounce of gold 39 years ago now buys 1 / 1138th of an ounce. Has something changed in the composition of gold? Has gold become scarce? Has it all been consumed?
Obviously, a dollar whose value has declined so spectacularly in its ability to buy one commodity declines in its ability to buy any other commodity, including oil. As WSJ editor Robert Bartley wrote regarding the original 'oil shock' in 1973, the value of the dollar declined from $35 an ounce to $130 an ounce, so the shieks simply raised the price x 4 to maintain the terms of trade. "Without the inflation to validate them, the price increases would have caused a recession and broken the price."
I dont' care what political party is in power or what economic theory their advisors cling to, money is simply a way to lubricate commerce, a unit of account, a store of value, it is NOT a tool to bail out failed fiscal policies or political philosophy.
Taxes are bad enough, but if they are raised to high (thus making it less profitable to earn an extra dollar), at least the average citizen has the option of stopping working when they encounter the next tax bracket.
However, unless the saved dollars' value is protected, the Fed can simply print more (in order to grease the wheels of commerce to make up for people having stopped working, aka a recession), which wipes out the value of those saved dollars.
The average citizen literally has no where to go to protect their savings. That is about the most sickening thing I can think of out of the many sickening things going on in the world economy at this point.
Sorry if this got a bit off topic, but I think it fits into the general theme of our discussion.
The NYT is not more conservative — the administration merely got more communist.
The Conservative base, even the usually quiet Conservative independents, have never been more energized. Never. Anybody who needs graphs and polls to figure that out, well it makes me wonder. All these Tea Parties going on, with more and more of them planned… and what are the Democrat "Progressives" doing? Nothing by comparison. The most they are doing (on the surface) is to create this thing in the Marxist Media about the "tone" and the "kind of words being said" the "atmosphere" as if a roused up populace is something to be concerned about as a safety issue. Perhaps their guilty consciences are speaking? Yes they know what they have done is political suicide, and they know the things they are about to do will only make things worse for them. Still, they plow ahead, taking the best advantage of the most power they have held in years. Who could blame them?
Personally, I'm thankful for this Obama Presidency because for many Independents especially…. political differences could not be made more clear. Obama recently said "They should thank me" Well, I do thank you President Obama, for making it crystal clear what the Democrats stand for: Socialism.
"Hope and Change" turns out to be just a new catchy phrase to improve on the false promise of Marxism: a "workers paradise." There is no such thing as a "workers paradise." Just ask the survivors of the former USSR how much joy it was to live in that "paradise". If the Soviets could drain the life blood from the European countries they enslaved and ruled with an iron fist and STILL not be able to make ends meet, what makes Obama/Pelosi/Reid think it will work in the USA? Who are we going to subjugate to pay our bills and finance our tremendous deficit? Canada? Mexico?
As Lady Thatcher perhaps said it best: "The problem with Socialism is eventually you run out of other peoples money."
The most compassionate thing we can do to help those without jobs and low incomes is to re-ignite the vibrant pulsating economy that the USA Capitalist economy can be when it is unfettered by governmental tinkering, heavy taxes.
Simple formula here:
The more people are taxed, they less excess money they have to spend.
The less expendable income they have, the less they spend.
The less they spend, the less profit businesses make.
The less profit they make, the more hours/jobs are cut to meet expenses.
Worse, bonuses and raises are rare in such an economy.
Solution: Cut taxes across the board (even for the rich!). The rich build the businesses and hire the workers. We need work and we need it now! We need the expendable income to fuel this economy. Cut all taxes now!
Better yet, put in a simple National Sales tax and do away with the stupid payroll tax!
Anti-American tool – you make about as much sense in your posts as your buddy mikatolla and anon-

The changes you have are like Orwell's 1984. You willing to put your life on the line for that because I'm willing to put mine on the line AGAINST it…..like the rest of the military.
The anti-Americans are those who side with Israel over the 34 Americans they killed on the USS Liberty – you are a disgrace.
Ahh, the joy of being able to see the cycle come full circle again. I was in high school when Nixon and Agnew nearly destroyed the Republican party, ending in a horrible electoral thrashing in 1974 and proclamations by the MSM that the GOP was dead. At 18 I nearly fell for the “change” that Jimmy Carter promised in 1976 but avoided making a mistake I would need to silently live with for the rest of my life. Still, even after everything that went wrong during the Nixon and Ford years it took just 4 years of Jimmy to renew and give conservatives the strength to rebuild the GOP and put Republicans in the White House for 20 of the next 28 years. And even during the brief madness known as Bill Clinton, most of his presidency was leashed by a conservative GOP congress that forced him to the center far more than he ever would have gone on his own.
So when I see what ‘Barry’ is doing it saddens me greatly that our great nation must endure this hideous lack of principled leadership for 4 long years. But in the end I see a rebirth of conservatism, a better GOP, and hopefully we can spend another generation on the ‘right’ side of the road.
"16. Israel is the only country in the world where the coffee is already so good that Starbucks went bankrupt trying to break into the local market."
Or rather Israel was going bankrupt and couldn't afford Starbucks! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"It's true that Starbucks closed its six outlets in Israel on April 1, 2003, citing "operational challenges" including Israel's faltering economy."

Yes, I'd like to see more detail about that data too. It must be available on the net somewhere.
Funny but we've been Conservative for years & now the Tea Partyers are mad and getting involved, where have you been for the last 40+ years??? Better late than never. Altschuler shares our Conservative values, can raise the money needed and is very electable.
What a great post. The more I read on this site the more I like it. Simple, straightforward advice and it works.
I was browsing tonight, unsure of what I was looking for, but knew that I needed help with my finances, and your site just popped up. (Divine intervention, or what!)
what's great about the national debt graph in this article is that it is true.
if you pay attention to it you see the biggest jumps in the national debt during the era of the national debt's wild exponential growth (which starts roughly with the onset of reaganomics) have come when conservatives are in office. during clinton it almost plateaued. do you still think tax cuts and excessive military spending are the way to go?
what's funny about the national debt graph in this article is that it is shockingly true.
if you pay attention to it you see the biggest jumps in the national debt during the era of the national debt's wild exponential growth (which starts roughly with the onset of reaganomics) have come when conservatives are in office. during clinton it almost plateaued. do you still think tax cuts and excessive military spending are the way to go?
mshane,
I would wager that if you had color-coded that chart to which part y controlled the US House of Representatives And/Or the US Senate, you would find a much better correlation with the truth, which is that the President doesn't control the spending, the US House of Representatives does. So, when does the debt really explode? When Democrats are in charge of the purse strings and can really run up the credit card tab whilst hiding the blame for it under the suit jacket of a Republican president's administration!
When did the dramatic rises in the National Debt slow down and nearly stop? in the few years right after 1994's Contract with America and Newt's reign as Speaker. What's really laughable is your giving the "credit" for any of that to Bill "depends upon what the meaning if the word 'is' is." Clinton's 'leadership' in that regard. You know perfectly well that Clinton was dragged screaming to the woodshed releatedly by Newt and his class of '94 boys over the matter. Clinton yeilded on the budget and welfare reforms SOLELY because fo the major electoral spanking he got in the '94 mid-term elections. The REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS are the ones who controlled the runaway growth of the debt, and NOT Clinton! Similarly, the runnaway growth of the debt occurred when DEMOCRATS controlled the purse strings as they held the Speakership and held majority in the US House.
How is Altschuler "conservative" if he was a Green Party member for 6 years? How does THAT work?
"Electable" is code for "RINO".
Look closer. The plateau was not in the 1992-1994 Clinton years, but in the 1995-2001 years when the Republicans controlled Congress, but before the September 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center.
What we need is conservatives in Congress, and to try to resolve and restrict foreign involvements where possible. No isolationism – just conservatism at home and abroad.
That is so unusual whatreally, you lefty boys are such a bunch of wimps I can hardly imagine you being willing to do a damn thing other than sit on your ass and point fingers –
I hope you do show up, I could probably knock you over with my little finger –
Orwell's 1984, aren't you the clever troll – you probably don't even know WHY it's named 1984 -
Ah, that is such a valid argument how did I over look it???
disgrace? really? Because I believe in goodness, I believe the people of Israel are deserving of life!!!! You are a freakin idiot and can't even BEGIN to understand how effective the brainwashing has been on YOU. How much money do we send to Germany? How about Greece? How about Haiti? No problems there huh? Nope, it's all about the poor poor moooooooslums, you are a dumb ass tool -
It is unearned guilt along with some very stealth work by radical Islamists – people need to read and understand, it's out there and it's not huffnpuff – it's sickening how so many stupid people have bought the 'poor muslim' bullshit -
Not sure if you saw O Reilly last night; during the Alan Colmes Monica Crowley segment they talked about how the Obama administration 'investigation' of the Fort Hunt shooting didn't once refer to the fact that the shooter was a muslim. Colmes sarcastically said, 'yeah, right, the US military is paralyzed by political correctness.'
Then later in the show was a segment about how the South Park guys are getting death threats from some muslim website in response to their show the other day about Muhammad and how to not show him they dressed him up in a bear suit (LOL!!).
The best solution I have heard to the threat of islamic terrorists was posted in a Fox forum a while back; the next time there is ANY incident perpetrated by a muslim against America or Americans, Mecca gets nuked.
If that is too extreme, then there is always the option of carpet bombing muslim population centers as was done to Japan in WWII–send several thousands bombers to drop incendiary devices around the perimeter of the city (so as to prevent escape) and then send several thousand more to fill in the middle.
If the "1.2 billion muslims" of the world saw that their threats were met with utter devastation, their threats would soon evaporate as quickly as would their holy site into said mushroom cloud.
There are huge logical errors in each of these responses — one could also attribute the plateau to the introduction of policies like NAFTA (which I don't support but this refutes MKS' confusing point). What I find most striking in these responses is how each of you ignore the fact that the biggest spikes seemed to take place when republicans are in the white house — no matter if congress is red or blue.
Yep, I did see it, even thought it is painful to listen to colmes – yuck!
The LSM is behaving like good little braindead drones on this very real and serious threat!
Have you read anything by Walid Phares? If people knew the REAL threat we are facing, they wouldn't be wasting our time talking about the Marxist in charge and his Anti-American bullcrap -
All that it takes is a reminder of what can quickly happen when the Children are in charge…. I mean the Democrats. Republicans need to remember their principles and return to their platform in order to win elections. I guess we have one thing to thank Obama for… Come check us out athttp://www.LibertyJuice.com !
