On my Twitter account, I follow a few hundred mainstream media-types (keep the enemy closer, right?), and unless I've missed it (and I hope I have), not a single one has spoken out in defense of Roland Martin. Not one. How scary is that. The politically correct Groupthink...

Be careful or you may be accused of being a Chris Matthews -ophobe. Hard what?
Hey webmasters, can we fix the image please? Its very pixelated.
"Everyone knows we're the Tolerant ones."
It will be so sweet to watch them all walk the walk of shame in due time.
Liberals know one thing, hate.
Hate is the only vehicle that can expand liberalism.
Democrats started the last Civil War over Tolerance… Tolerance of Slavery…
History, read it or repeat it. Your choice.
They also trampled upon the rights of both States and Individuals back then…
There is a flaw in the theory of "Tolerance".
How does one tolerate INTOLERANCE…
Ask Nick Berg…
we recognize Mtthews and Ed Schultz- is the other toad Dan Rather?…
Tie any of us to a chair. Make us watch THAT for a period of time. WE would consider waterboarding fine sport…
Pixels.
Can we figure out how to shut these "journalists" up? C'mon people, get creative. I'm intolerant of enemies of Freedom & Liberty.
Ratings used to be the free-market fix for catering to the American appetite, but it seems that some media organizations are counting on government subsidies to keep their Lying Leftists on the air…like NPR does now…
tx, thought it was my computer..
Thanks for the laugh James and Val!!!
It would be even funnier if it didn't say so much about the sad state of affairs in the Marx Stream Media and the "party of tolerance" today…
Keep up the good work!
Humorous cartoon showing “Obama’s Place in History” at http://drawfortruth.wordpress.com/category/politi...
Humorous cartoon on Obama and the Tea Party at http://drawfortruth.wordpress.com/category/obama/
Soon all TV will be just like BBC One, all full of the news that's fit to broadcast…
Good work. Makes me wonder why the employers continue to employ them. Don't those business people worry about ratings and the bottom line?
Yes dcase, it's dumdum rather
thanks for the heads up…
looked like Rather; but he is SO yesterday we couldn't understand why he was included…
and, as Moe famously said to Curly when he claimed he 'thought' something to be alright…
'Every time you think you weaken the nation'.
As does this bunch…
Ah right… now, putting aside your implication that we shouldn't have opposed slavery… (really?!)
How about a FACT CHECK…
The Civil War wasn't about slavery; it was about clashing of economic systems and, yes, States Rights vs. Federal Rights. HOWEVER, "the PARTY OF LINCOLN" is not the Dems, it is the current Republican Party!… which is why Republicans only regained substantial votes in the South 100 years later, when Democrats finally did take up the banner of Civil Rights and Republicans decided (under Nixon and then Reagan) to started actively courting Social Conservatives and States Righters (a.k.a. racists).
Yes, you should actually STUDY history first, before you incorrectly and ignorantly try to apply it.
History Teacher, you should've more carefully read the comment before pulling the nasty trigger. You've revealed your own ignorance.
David Montgomery is in agreement with you. As he said, Democrats wanted tolerance, tolerance of slavery. Democrats also trampled upon the rights of States and Individuals back then.
Jumping to conclusions might be good exercise, but it can also result in embarassment.
All of the corporate owned media don't really care if their media outlets are losers as long as they push forward an agenda that they think is in their best interest. Just ask the insurance companies that supported the HC even as Obama bashed and demonized them. At the end of the day they still got a govt handout in the form of a mandate that all citizens buy insurance.
Just think of these guys as if they were all James Taggart and things will seem clearer.
Yep, his 'aka racist' was so glaring! And to think, this is the mentality that teaches our children!! Good job there History, you sir are a freaking embarassement to our schools.
Has anyone here ever seen "American Splendor"? Or "Maus"? I ask because they are illustrative of a concept I feel this site is isn't grasping. Just because something is drawn in the style of a comic, it doesn't mean it's funny. These guys might be trying to make a point, but it in no way qualifies as humor. I'm not sure it's even irony.
History Teacher,
What Public School do you teach at? I'd bet it is failing…
Sir, The DEMOCRATS were the party of Slavery, they were the Party that split America in half for their own agenda. The fact that the minorities in this country flock to the Democrats only proves that we have COMPLETELY failed to teach History in public School.
Yes, Lincoln was a REPUBLICAN.
I see that HumanPersonJr has already spanked you, so I will withhold the coup de grace for now.
Seriously, I fail to see where I was wrong or where were pertinent to my point….
For the record, YES the Civil War was about States Rights and Econmic systems, but Slavery was the embodiment of the South's failing economic system, and their demands to increase the "slave states" was the basis for their initial trampling of states rights. It was so totally about Slavery, and only politically correct history jibber jabber tries to pretty it up. The cause was Slavery, the implementation was States Rights and Economic systems.
HumanPersonJr,
Good to encounter you again!
Thanks for the support!
Clearly you understood my point on the topic of "Tolerance"…
Be Well.
David
Not funny, but dumb and pointless, but I suppose they fit right in with the entry above. I assume the site is yours, because no one would find it funny, useful, wry, or anything other than lame (save perhaps your mom).
He must teach history in an inner city public school.
The jews were tolerant of Hitler. Look where that got them.

Some things never change…The Democrats are STILL the party of slavery…they have just re-packaged it as "Social Justice!"
You're right, there's no humor or irony here – it's an honest assessment of the liberl media elite mind set – they honestly believe they can say or do anything they want in the holy name of liberalism regardless of the fact that they are implicit in the destruction of American society.
Thanks for replying, and you're quite welcome, sir, any ol' time.
And yes, I did understand. Living in the south, as I do, I hear quite a lot from those who think slavery was a minimal or non-issue during that terrible war. I don't agree with History Teacher on that point, either, but mostly wanted to point out that he'd only cursorily read your comment.
My best wishes to you and yours, and as for the rotten b*st*rds in power, they must go!
Sorry… clearly you haven't been taught well…you say that Montgomery Agreed with me… which you're clearly not capable of connecting the dots.
So, i'll make things add up for you and the other grade schoolers out there…
Lincoln/Republican Party = Democrats Today; So, Democrats then = Republicans Now…
But, you are correct… the Republicans are supporting slavery and racism… as they did then… and as they have been doing since the 60s in order to win back the South, under the label of "States Rights".
The party of inclusion, tolerance and diversity have shown themselves to be exclusive, intolerant bigots.
Yes, us intolerant Conservatives would NEVER bring Obama's "Christian Religion" into question…
Check out this 15 second clip…

Well, I wasn't taught well until today. Thank you for shining your light upon my iggernunce. In future, please keep your light to yourself. You know we bottom feeders bask in our lack of knowledge.
I'm slightly disadvantaged, being one of those racist, homophobic Republicans. YEE-HAWWWWW!!!
…and as Groucho said referring to Chico…"There's my argument – restrict immigration !"
and, as Chico also told Groucho:
'everybody knows there ain't no sanity clause'…
Beetwist…
Beetwist…
Bee..<slap> …twist
Bee…<slap>…twist…<slap>…
Bee…<slap>..twi…<slap>…treace…..Beatrice, that's it !
'Moe! Larry! Cheese!'….
Larry retrieves Roquefurt cheese from his pocket. Curly refuses.
'No- Camembert!'…
Because he was actually on MSNBC and said those actual words
This strip is meant to show these clowns as they really are, in context. But I do have some humor in there, it;s just not as obvious as the other strip
Dan "Watermelon" Rather….Chris "I Forgot He Was Black" Matthews… Ed "Cheat to Win" Schultz….
….The MOE, LARRY and CURLY of The Useful Idiots of the Lying Leftist Media…
…and Olbermann and Maddow are TWEEDLEDUMB and TWEEDLEDUMBER
Theocracy seems to be oblivious to a couple hundred years of British and American political cartoons. They don't have to be humorous, just effective in exposing political andpublic chicanery, deceit, corruption, cluelessness, etc. Thomas Nash's withering cartoons exposing the rampant corruption of New York's Tammany Hall and its Boss Tweed were not meant to be "funny ha ha". But they certainly helped bring them down.
no dispute with that…
Just wondered why even THEY would have Dan 'Courage' Rather weighing in on anything…
I enjoyed the "We'll be talking about how raising taxes solves every problem" line!
No, my point was it was tagged as humor; it's not.
HT does put on quite a parade of ignorance, doesn't it? Knuckle dragging thing thinks we can be bullied into accepting its projection of its racism onto the Republicans. Giggle. Oh, and calling itself HT – giggle again.
The Great Society. Helplessness pushed like cocaine. Stay on that party plantation, slave, or there will be consequences!
Gotta cancel their subsidies, once we get adults in power again. Another thing to fight for.
He's just a noble human being, trying to set the record straight, I mean crooked.
The Dims are the party of racism. History Teacher needs to ponder this phrase: "The soft bigotry of lowered expectations."
I hope all is well with you and yours, NustnBolts — good to see ya again!

They won't walk the walk of shame. They'll march out screaming "count the chads! count the chads!"
This offering is the best yet. The characters seem imbued with their actual spirit of dumb-i-tude. (Hey, I made a word!)
Great work, Mr. Hudnall and Mr. Mayerik.
Mr. Hudnall, we all have our tractors.
Unfortunately, we also have, at times, de-tractors.
Your work is excellent, and I thank you sincerely for it. (Y'know, Superman is a comic book, and no one complains that the title character doesn't do "comical" stuff.)
Right on, Anna Keppa. True dat!!
Theo…
May I call you Theo? Are you related, biologically or philosophically, to any of the characters depicted in the strip? You would just about have to be. Otherwise, why belabor such a minor point, and one that doesn't even, in this case, apply?
