How can gestures of a non-sexual nature equal sexual harassment?
Two things:
First, if it's proven that this leak came from one of the Republican candidates, as far as I'm concerned they're toast.
Second, when the MSM begins reporting in a similar manner on Liberals, then their reporting will be a whole lot less hypocritical and worth listening too.
After all, as in the case of the grand poobah of the Democrat Party William Jefferson Clinton, aka the serial rapist, it was just sex.

Cain's unprofessional demeanor is embarrassing to the nation and his complete lack of knowledge on foreign affairs is frightening. I'm not very concerned about these sexual harassment allegations as much as I'm worried about his campaign's financial mishaps and his frequent backpeddling. In the past 11 years, haven't we had enough of that yet? If the best the GOP can offer in 2012 is Herman Cain, I guess we should all get ready for four more years of Obama. And who really cares…whether its Cain, Romney, Perry…there's nothing different between those hucksters and Obama.
Let's see now, Cain was accused of being accused of something that happened a dozen years ago. Now he has admitted that he was accused. To the liberal media, that's the same that he admitted that he was guilty of whatever it was by people, whom we still do not know, who made the original allegation. So Politico has gleefully raised this to the same category of offenses by such stellar characters as Anthony Weinberg, John Edwards, or even Bill Clinton (even though Politico did not get the vapors over any of those offenses). Well, I'm glad the libs have finally decided to elevate a black man to the status reserved for white sexual miscreants. Isn't it wonderful that this racial crap is finally over? What is truly ironic about this is that Cain (who stumbled and will stumble again because he eschews the standard candidate packaging) could come out of this even further ahead and he can thank Politico for it. Somehow, I don't think that was part of their plan.

An out of court settlement does not mean that the plaintiff won the lawsuit, or was even telling the truth. It just means that the person or organization being sued decided that it was cheaper to pay the plaintiff off than to fight the charges.
The women “felt uncomfortable?” That is why I hate sexual harassment laws. It doesn’t matter if the accused person intended something inappropriate or sexual. All that matters is that the accuser(s) felt “uncomfortable.” Like hate crimes laws, sexual harassment laws are a joke.

Since Martin is a party member, he'll probably get a pass on molesting the chickens (if proven) and the authorities will cite the farmer for inadequate housing for the chickens, claiming they weren't given proper lighting, or he was piping in the wrong type of music or something.

Looks like the complaining golddiggers have violated their settlements by talking about them. So, this is a way to get another paycheck, and a good argument for not making nuisance settlements in the first place.

His bush admin strategy was always to tough it out and dissemble–not denying and not responding–until a federal prosecutor put him under oath. You are correct sir! No golddigger worth their salt would pass this up. They waited patiently untill Cain became the front runner and suddenly their paid settlement went from an intrinsic value of zero to hundreds of thousands of dollars to the right people. I beive that this action just reinforces Cain's claim that the original accusations were false.
