From Chris "Tingling" Matthews, to Keith Overbite, to Anderson Cooper, they all have one thing in common....an overblown opinion of their self-worth, importance, and education.

I was watching the National News last night and they were reporting on the earthquake in Haiti. There was Anderson Cooper and someone asked about aftershocks. Anderson reported that he had been talking to Meteorologists, and they were expecting more aftershocks. He didn't say it once, he said it multiple times and the talking head on the other end didn't bother to correct him.

Serra, I am also from Utah and have donated to Scott Brown. It is my only option for contributing because they won't take your phone calls, they don't read your letters, and if you go to DC en masse.....they don't give you a glance. Donating to the RNC etc is money down a rabbit hole. Donating to an individual candidate is precise communication.

I'm in California too and I sent $$$$ to scott brown. Look at the bigger picture and the implications. Now in California, I would ask folks to consider donating to Chuck DeVore's senate campaign. He's a true conservative. I know because he's my state assemblyman with an impressive voting record. Our focus out here is to unseat that arrogant, self-serving twit Barbara Boxer. Chuck has an opponent in the repub primary. Carly Fiorina (definitely not conservative although she tries to portray that image). Check out chuck. He's also on facebook.

i saw somewhere that Gergen admitted he'd been "stuffed". His shirt already was. Think how the odds are stacked against Brown - a debate in the Kennedy building for the Kennedy seat being held by Kennedy's aid, in a state corrupted by Kennedy greed where Republicans hold no national office and only 10% of the state offices. Yet Brown has assembled an army of volunteers, has raised money through the Internet from normal people, and talks like one of us. Gergen had no clue what he was dealing with. And try as he did, he couldn't make Coakley look interesting as she told us there are no terrorists in Afghanistan and we can't win there, she is against the death penalty but wants to comfort us that KSM will get it anyway, thinks abortion is a treatment for rape victims, and can't explain why the national health reform is good for Massachusetts when we already have 98% of the people covered. Then she goes out the next day and on her way to Washington misspells Massachusetts in her own attack ad.

Are you going to register as a democrat for the primary? I have. The only way to get Boxer out is beat her in the primary. I don't think she can be beaten in the general there are too many folks in CA who vote for their party like it's a sports team. Get all your friends, neighbors etc. to support whatever dem challenges Boxer in the primary. And, even if she wins the primary, at least you'll have the satisfaction of voting againts her twice.
