If both Hitler and the Mufti saw fit to persecute Jews, it would stand to reason that they would support each other in this. Whether they planned their extermination "strategy", if you can call it that, together, means nothing at all. It would seem to me that the real question is why there was this hatred of jewry. Did the Arabs fear that the British activities would impact them in Palestine? Very little information is given here. It's a little like accusing someone of murder just because he/she happens to be in the area. That is, the evidence is circumstantial. You have to see whether there was actually any motive behind it--other than mere hatred. You may hate someone without murdering them. And, by the way, the fact that they found this paper doesn't mean it belonged to the Mufti! The Germany doesn't want to give out the information does not prove this at all. Authorities may have any number of reasons for not releasing the information. By the way, this article is just in time to try to influence the rejection of Palestine from the UN.
