Retracto – Please post the section/page/location of the article and of the retractions if/when they occur.
IMHO retractions need to be placed in the same location and typeface size as the original item.

Headline on page A1 above the fold in 72 point type saying Wiretap. Retraction on c17 in 9pt just is not right.

Having missed the inception of this most valuable feature, I am reduced to asking: Why a retraction Alpaca? Was Big Journalism's budget insufficient to engage a retraction Manatee? Or a retraction Giant Ground Sloth? Or that most formidable member of the profession, a retraction Mandrill? Inquiring minds want to know!

It would be interesting to look back and see how many of these publications reported on the Acorn tapes and when they reported it, if at all. They lost no time getting this story out there, did they.
