JournoList: How do you explain why members of the media, led by an employee of the Washington Post named Ezra Klein, put their political beliefs above their jobs, their careers and even their country? They are liberals first.

Ezra Klein, JournoList founder
The group now exposed is part of the JournoList, Obama’s little secret warriors during the last campaign, made it very clear, they are liberals first.
Why did Chris Hayes of The Nation urge his colleagues to ignore Reverend Wright’s tirades against America? Real reporters love this provocative, juicy stuff. Ask Mel Gibson. Instead, Hayes wrote this, ripping the Bush administration so that it would somehow make Obama/Wright look better:
Our country disappears people. It tortures people. It has the blood of as many as one million Iraqi civilians — men, women, children, the infirmed — on its hands. You’ll forgive me if I just can’t quite dredge up the requisite amount of outrage over Barack Obama’s pastor.

Chris Hayes, JournoList member
I think the “disappears” people is a reference to rendition. The act of capturing a prisoner, putting him on a plane, taking him to a foreign country where he would presumably be subject to torture during interrogation. If memory serves, President Bill Clinton was the one who started that plan and Obama continues it to this day. Chris—how do you feel about that issue with Obama being the perp? You okay with that? Liberals first.
I watched media coverage religiously during the 2008 campaign. As annoying as it was, I watched it. I never recall NBC ever airing the words of Reverend Wright. They may have, briefly, but I never saw it if they did. Oh—a few times (very few) they talked about the issue and showed the video of Wright and talked about Obama’s “controversial pastor,” but I cannot find an example of where they actually let their viewers hear what he had to say.
Please, somebody correct me if I’m wrong here, but I never heard NBC use the audio. That doesn’t happen in a newsroom by accident that had to be a policy from on top. Liberals first.
I anchored a TV newscast at the time the Wright video was released and I dared ask the question of why we weren’t airing more of this video of Reverend Wright. We ran short clips of it, but never more than five seconds and the story was always placed in a position where it would do the least damage (yes, you editorialize by where you place a story—a lead story lets viewers know this is a big deal). We touched on the Wright story almost as a novelty item, like a water-skiing squirrel. “Oh that silly little preacher, it’s a good thing Obama’s not like that,” was the tone of the story when reported by many local stations.
I was also told that the Wright video was just too damning for the audience to listen to. Too provocative. Hey, listen it was hard for me to hear somebody say the things he said about America—I get that. But clearly, that was not the reason many local stations pulled back from airing this video. The real reason: liberals first.
The only defense the LAMBS in the activist old media can have now is that people should just “get over it, Obama is the president, deal with it.” Yes, Obama is the president. Heaven knows we are dealing with it. Dealing with nearly ten percent unemployment. Get over it. 14.5 percent here in Las Vegas. Obama just stopped by my city and told us how great things are and how Harry Reid is saving jobs. 14.5 percent in what was just recently one of America’s great boom towns. We are Detroit with fancy lights and neon signs. Get over it.

Joe Klein, JournoList member
The Daily Caller articles expose these supposed journalists as repeaters, not reporters. In virtually any other business, that would be a deal breaker. You’d be finished, done, over, career gone, fired. But, remember, management at these places agrees with these “repeaters” of the Obama company line. They are protected. Their jobs, their country, their religion, their integrity, their friends—-all take a back seat to this.
After all, they are liberals first.

Not second. The fact that they are willing to discuss making up false accusations simply to discredit their opponents and none of the others said much about it means that being a journalist and the truth rank somewhere down near the bottom of their priorities.
Liberals first, last and always…
To be a journalist that would ostensibly require critical thinking- no matter what Walter Lippman teaches- and this is a skill that ideologues rarely exhibit. Not to mention the huge towel snapping 'metrosexual' element on display here.
There are NO real men in the Progressive movement…
Here is the code of ethics for professional journalists:
http://www.spj.org/ethicscode.asp
Have fun counting the ways members of JournoList have betrayed the profession.
OK, journOlists are liberals, that is stating the obvious.
It's just now been proved beyond a shadow of doubt.
You're being too kind. I'd say they're communists first.
Manipulating and manufacturing public opinion in order to alter the outcome of an election….
RICO, election fraud or treason anyone…?
ALL of these people on journolist should be behind bars!
The thirteen trillion dollar question is how many members of congress and the Obama campaign were also aware of or part of this criminal enterprise…?
Follow the dirty money…
Liberals first, maybe (I'd go with radical socialist progressives), but they aren't journalists second . . . or at all. They are propagandists. Big difference.
Everyone on the list should be called out and made to quit!
Don't count on it, their only critics are each other and they'll make sure the story is buried on page A-40 of every paper in obituary form, the last thing they'll ever do is rat each other out.
Committed communists make counter accusations and misdirect the conversation to different topics rather than address the questions directly.
Okay, I am going to do it; I am going to ask a question that risks making me look stupid in the eyes of our little community here. Stupid, naive, whatever, but I just dont' get it…
Stories abound about the decline of the mainstream media–Red Eye having more viewers in the middle of the night than CNN's prime time programming; the NYTimes' well known decline in readership and ad revenue; Newsweek losing $28 million; Helen Thomas self destructing.
While this is all going on, conservative media flourishes–Limbaugh signs another $400 million contract, saying that his program has never had a down year, which is to say that every year his ad revenue rises along with his listener numbers; O Reilly destroys every other cable news show, to the extent that he even sometimes has more viewers than network news programs; Beck is throwing bombs right into the White House on a daily basis, exposing the Progressives for what they are, challenging them to call his red phone if he is wrong;, etc etc etc.
AB's various sites, exposing the left wing media for the lying crooks that they are.
Even Howard Stern's program had that infamous "Sal in Harlem" clip where Obama supporters supported all of McCain's positions and opposed all of Obama's.
How in the hell, then, did Obama get elected?!?!?!?! If the MSM is doing nothing but lying, and if they have no audiences anyhow, then how can it be that enough people got even the wrong information? It seems that if no one is watching or reading their product, then no amount of lying can push them over the top. Somehow their message is still getting to enough people.
It has to be that the rest of American culture is on the ledge of the toilet–Hollywood, Jon Stewart being seen as a news source rather than a comedy show, the education / indoctrination establishment….etc….
It just makes me so sick to contemplate that stupidity is winning…….
True but I hope that the pressure put on the papers in loss revenue gets to the point where they must go out of business or start reporting the true news.
I think the consensus is that they are NOT journalists.
They are revolutionaries and propagandists.
I have to say, this story really surprised me. Not that all these journalists were left-wing hacks–that was obvious a long time ago. But for a while, I really kind of agreed with what Bernard Goldberg had said once, that the media newsrooms weren't so much secret chambers of conspiratorial cackling, rather of an almost universally liberal membership consciously or unconsciously allowing their ideological assumptions and groupthink color their stories. Like, they all just kind of bashed Republicans or talked about how great Obama was in private, then all went off and wrote their articles reflecting their warped version of reality, nothing more.
However, in the wake of this scandal, it now appears that the cloak-and-dagger conspiring may actually be closer to the truth, and that a lot of journalists are actively distorting the news for the benefit of their side. Perhaps this shouldn't surprise me, but it does.
The only thing worse than looking at these people is knowing that Corexit is extremely toxic to people.
BP's major shareholder Larry Fink, Goldman Sachs and key Administration officials are allegedly soaking the oil in the Gulf with the dispersant Corexit to hide the extent of the spill from the naked eye. Why? Bad PR means more money.
Do they care that Corexit is beyond toxic to human and marine life? If George Bush was doing this these friggin' Journolist chickenbleep a-holes would be going to the Holocaust Card. Is Time Magazine going to put Corexit on the cover?
No. Time Magazine would rather gather every member of Journolist for a group photo for 2011 Person of the Year. You people make me sick. And you should all be shot. Joe Klein FIRST.
Jim, I have two answers to your question.
The first is that the Right was not well motivated in '08. Not that they had been won over by Obama–well, a few had, temporarily–but there was a lack of enthusaism for McCain. As a lot of conservatives saw it, this was basically a choice between liberalism and liberalism-lite, which was hardly a choice at all, it appeared. McCain thumbing his nose at conservatives during and after the primaries was as responsible for this as anything else.
The second is that, due to this lack of choice or motivation, moderates and independents were easily won over by Obama, who was not only far more charismatic, in his way, than McCain, but could also pretend to be a moderate, even to the point of being more fiscally responsible than the Republicans. Bottom line: 2008 was a perfect storm, politically speaking. All we can do is hope to return the favor in November and in 2012.
What's amazing to me is that heads haven't started to roll over JournoList. Here it is, day 4, and I haven't heard of anybody being fired because of their activity on the list. That says volumes about the Old Media and shows how leftist they are. They're in financial trouble, so you'd think they'd be grateful for somebody handing them a reason to fire some expensive reporters, but they haven't done so.
I hate calling these frauds "liberals". There's nothing "liberal" about them. They're rigid leftists who hate and seek to destroy anyone who disagrees with them. The term "liberal" couldn't be a more inaccurate description.
You land right on the third rail of race.
Look at the numbers: 13% of the U.S. Population is black. Rounding for the sake of simplicity: 100% of that 13% is Democratic. Democrats are 40% of the U.S. Population. Making roughly, 1 out 3 Democrats Black. Obama snaring the D. nomination was staight racial numbers. If a state was 13% black, he started 30 – zip against Hillary.
Makes you wonder if the Dems can ever nominate a white male again. I don't think they can.
McCain offerred nothing. White male turnout in the general election was below black female turnout. Had never happened before. About 2 million extra black voters turned out during the election, about 3 million whites stayed home and didnt vote. Obama won by about 5 million votes.
The major broadcast news organizations clearly are liberals first; but they are TV show producers / TV stars second; the responsibility of being news organizations / journalists finishes a distant third. They do an enormous amount of damage in the process. A recent example is the gulf oil spill.
Pictures of oil covered beaches and birds make for compelling TV, but the result of all the coverage has created the impression that the entire state of Florida is mired with oil. Florida Governor Charlie Crist demanded, and received, $25 Million from BP to pay for advertising to counter-act that misperception. He has also requested an additional $50 Million which BP has denied. A recent local editorial referred to that as “an unconscionable decision” by a “corporate giant.” Why aren’t the corporate giants that own the news media outlets responsible for cleaning up their own mess? Why doesn’t Charlie Crist demand $50 Million, or free advertising space or at least the journalistic integrity to run news stories correcting the misleading reports from them?
Ed 'Sausage Fingers' Schultz said it perfectly in his admission to the true driving force of the Leftist mind:
"This is about POWER! This is about CONTROL!"
…any means to an end
Thanks for clearing some of the fog from my eyes; those are good points.
The Perfect Storm theme also gets into the area of what a coincidence–perhaps–it was that the economic meltdown happened just when it did, right on the verge of an election which at that point McCain had not yet lost.
It also set the stage for TRILLION dollar deficits, an unprecedented expansion of government spending. Now that the words "$787 billion stimulus bill" and "trillion dollar war" have entered the lexicon, a mere pittance of $34 billion for extended unemployment insurance seems to be not nearly enough. Never mind that $34 billion used to be a lot of money when deficits were measured in the $150 billion range….
Then there is the whole issue of a half black guy running to be a "first," which played nicely on the White Liberal Guilt which is in the process of destroying what used to be a great country….
They betrayed the American people.
Despicable, just despicable….
Thanks for this, also.
I forgot to mention The Oprah in my previous list of "news sources."
Your explanation does shed some light (no pun intended) on the election of Obama himself–or should I say hisseff–but what still needs some explanation is Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, Chuck U Schumer, or any of the demonstrably lying scumbags that populate the Democrat party.
This line of thought changes the 'target' from being the MSM media to it being the voters themselves being either stupid or willfully blind to their representative's obvious dishonesty, which says a lot about them as voters and citizens….
Liebrals first
political activists second
douchebags to infinity and beyond third
wannabes fourth
I could go on and on and on.
Journalist is waaaaaaay down the list.
liberal douche bags first, liberal douche sacks second
"McCain thumbing his nose at conservatives"
This reminds me of a quip Limbaugh said back in 2000 or so; he said that there was news that McCain was thinking of switching parties–he was threatening to join the Republican Party, LOL.
Naw marxist is a better term because it encompasses communists, socialists, facists, et.al.
It shouldnt' come as a surprise; look what happened to the principals in the ClimateGate fiasco. Not only didn't the MSM report on it, but the principals circled the wagons to the point of recently releasing a totally exculpatory report on their own conduct.
MSM = Marxist Socialist Media
NBC = Nothing But Communists
CNN = Communist News Network
CBS = Collective Broadcasting Socialism
AP = American Pravda
UPI = United Progressives International
ETC.
Yes, but considering this administration's farcical bungling, I'm afraid people would think I was referring to Groucho, Harpo, Chico et al.
My problem has always been the total and absolute domination of the profession by liberals. At well in excess of 90%, it is totally out of whack. One would think liberals are not into diversity when it comes to political "journalism."
in my opinion, the Associated Press got Obama elected.
every newspaper has some opinion, but it is marked as opinion…but people expect the wire service reporting to be 'straight news'. the basis for developing their own opinion.
the liberal AP is expert at subtle spin… they did this on a daily basis back in 2008, the cumulative effect being that voters disregarded Obama's part associations, disregarded the things he said and wrote and disregarded his actual record as a politician.
No one should be surprised by the words and actions of this Journolist crowd, they are doing EXACTLY what they were taught in college and probably thought they were doing a good job There were even professors on the list to be sure they continued to do it right and I guess continue to give them a grade. If the press ever has credibility again, this is where it will have to corrected.
I would think that crimes against the American people have been commited. Why have these people not been investigated. To suppress information that might possibly change the outcome of an election is most definitely criminal. The MSM have been complicit in crimes against America. Time for some show trials. Let the American people see how dirty the MSM truely is.
i'd like to know if there are some Associated Press writers in there… if there are, their heads should roll for sure. they have zero excuse for being involved with a partisan thinktank.
yeah, but leftists like to wordsmith for maximum effect.. their naming of laws and ideas are usually misnomers.
like naming union card check "Employee Free Choice Act".
How can you say that about Hilary Clinton and Rachel Maddow?
Now that you mention it Harpo did have shifty eyes.
When you have no argument, attack is their modus operandi and a large number of people fall for it everytime. Chris Hayes is such a useful idiot.
got us there, Ed…
Someday I would like to see a full list of all of the JournoList members and all quotes made by them attributed.
This smarmy story needs stay alive. As per Gallup today's the media has a 25% approval rating and Congress 11%. Slowly and steadily there is an awakening in this country of how rotten both groups are.
I have realized that most journalists are liberal and give a liberal slant, but it seems the media has undergone some kind of radical transformation. How did that happen? How did we become such a propaganda state? What really opened my eyes to the radical change was the 2008 election. The journalists or citizens who dared ask any kind of tough questions were slung through the mud. They became the target and the story. I am from the Orlando area and our local newscaster Barbara West interviewed Biden and asked some hard hitting questions. The leftist media circled the wagons and the story became about her and it went national and all kinds of articles were written to smear her. Obama even blacklisted her TV station. I am appalled after reading the journolist emails. It sickens me that journalists, of all people, have no regard for the 1st amendment. These people actually sit around trying to figure out how the government should control Fox News to suppress political speech. What has happened to us?
If you ask me it was the convergence of many different forces and issues.
For starters American voters have a long an illustrious history of cleaning house in government and simply voting the ruling party out.
America was also coming off of 8 years of Bush, even longer with a GOP House, two protracted wars, threats of terrorism.
Along comes a fresh face, no apparent baggage (thank you MSM), talks a good game, and seems to want to put the racial division behind us.
Americans are also very trusting, very generous people. Normally we like to take people (politicians included) at face value, give them a chance, lets see what they can accomplish.
And remember, Jimmy Carter is getting to be a long time ago.
I wasn't even thinking of that (although that's a good point), so much as I was of the 2008 primaries when you had repeated instances not only of McCain publicly distancing himself from a number of conservative positions, but of his staffers sneering at and insulting better candidates' staffers (especially Romney's), and yelling, "Nah, nah! We won!" Clear evidence, in my opinion, of a campaign more concerned about thwarting the rest of the Republican Party than about actually leading that party to victory.
Of course, I still haven't entirely forgiven McCain for his open collusion with Huckabee against Romney on Super Tuesday–and this coming from someone who later campaigned for the man for most of the summer and fall.
I call them modern liberals to differentiate them from classic liberals who cared about things like, oh say, liberty.
I think liberals are attracted to journalism because its not exactly back breaking work. And for a bonus they get to rub elbows with the powerful elite.
Kind of like pretending to like the nerdy kid because his family is the only one on the block with a swimming pool.
Modern liberals have no argument, all they can do is attack. The idea is to prevent a rational debate, which they know they will lose.
The internet happened. Rush happened. O'Riely happened. FOX happened.
They were losing their monopoly on power, and it basically drove them over the edge.
Agreed with this post
How dare people ignore this made-up Wright controversy and instead focus on wars and economic issues
How dare they!
First off, this is not a new and radical transformation. Editors, since I decided against a JMC degree, control the framing of a story by the reporter. Framing used to be defined as providing a story to their readers / listeners / watchers in a way that would make it more relevant or accessible. That stopped right around the time that Walter Cronkite declared the war lost after the Tet offensive, which was a military failure for the Viet Cong but a hell of a PR event thanks to the national media. Instead of describing how the attack was lost by Viet Cong and delivering a victory speech to the a public that strongly supported our efforts he sided with the radicals and a smaller audience and changed public opinion with at best, incomplete information.
Current defense from these losers is that most of them are opinion based or academic / government stooges and they were sharing opinions not news stories. All you have to do, is see how they wanted to frame a story on Journolist and then look to see if that is how the stories ended up being framed by, AP, NYT, WashPost, CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN etc… If for example they framed the choice of Sarah Palin for VP as Sexist or an insult to Woman voters, all you have to do is look for stories and see how many AP stories were framed using that context. The next trick they will use to defend the obvious is to say that the quote about it being sexist or insulting came from an expert or opinion leader, like NOW, and they were reporting on that view. Of course the story will lack a quote or viewpoint from any conservative Ladies group refuting the claim.
If you want to have real fun you can look at articles from News organizations regarding Sarah Palins lack of executive or national policy experience. But you will have to look much harder to find similar stories from the same News organizations regarding Barack Obama.
This is not new information, it is just delivered, or should I say framed, using the culprits own damning words.
Hey Ezra if their is nothing to this then release the whole archive so the public can do some research for themselves. Or are your editors afraid we might start tying the framing done on Journolist to the framing done in their so called 'straight' news stories?
Ironic, too, that the most motivated McCain voters were PUMAs who were boiling mad over what the BO thug brigade had done to Hillary. Says a lot about how little McCain did offer to conservatives. I didn't stay home, but I wasn't thrilled with having to vote for McCain, either, but I figured better him than an all-out Marxist.
Even Sgt. Schultz (I know nothing!) got that one right.
Wrong! They are NEVER Journalists. They are 5th columnists working for the destruction of America and they should be brought up on charges of treason and hung if found guilty. Shot if they don't like hanging.
Let's put the shoe on the other foot, shall we?
"In today's political news, presidential candidate John McCain recently quit attending the Church of Whitey because he was embarrassed by last week's racist diatribe of Pastor Bobby Booby. A member for 20 years, McCain said he 'had no idea that Pastor Booby made such awful comments from the pulpit on a regular basis.'"
The JournoListers would have ignored THAT story and focused on wars and economic issues, I bet…NOT.
Groucho = republican
Harpo = democrat
Chico = independent
Good article. Liberals FIRST, Americans Second. No wonder we can't find common ground with these people. I used to think we could work all this out because we were ALL Americans. The things we've come together as a Nation to do in the past were pretty amazing. Now? Not sure we can ever heal the divide after this crap. How can we when you can't trust the other side? These folks don't care who they hurt. They'll destroy this nation before they allow their "Enemy" to win. How sad.
You don't look stupid. It's natural to wonder how BoBo the Talking A$$ Clown got elected. For my 2 cents worth this was not about who was being elected but more about the outgoing president.
I bet the same tactics were used to make GWB look worse than the reality. Cindy Sheehan? Nine protesters do not make a referendum on the Iraq war.
BoBo was painted as the least like GWB while McCain was painted as GWB II. Hell. I didn't like ole W's domestic policies. I thought they were a little too progressive for my taste. I sure as hell supported his foreign policy decisions. Americans have realized that you have to choose carefully. We've learned our lesson because BoBo would now loose to ANY nameless republican candidate.
Side Note: I must admit that Beck educated me as to the makeup of a progressive. Prior to that education I just thought abandoning the free market to save it was stupid.
Wasting your time Taxpayer. Trolls will be trolls. The point is that ALL the stories should have been covered without slant. It's up to the American people to decide who's the best candidate based on facts and not opinion.
Explaining that to the kool-aid drinker above is wasted electrons.
"I bet the same tactics were used to make GWB look worse than the reality"
This is really the point of my initial question: if the MSM has so few readers and viewers while at the same time the Limbaugh's and Fox's are dominating the ratings, HOW did these tactics reach an audience?! As I asked originally, the MSM can lie all it wants but if no one is reading the lies….?
Kind of a reverse of the person who wondered how Nixon got elected, as "I don't know anyone who voted for him."
Perhaps it has less to do with the lies being told than the fact that libs seem to dominate the urban population centers. O Reilly and Beck and Limbaugh can dominate middle America, but as long as LA, NYC, Boston, etc are liberal bastions, the US is SOL.
I see what you're saying. The big turn away from the Democrat Media and toward the conservative media outlets occurred during the later part of 08 election campaign.
I used to try to get balanced news input from multiple sources. Still do on non-political news items. What I learned from watching the different outlets was that the left leaning outlets sang together as if they were part of the same choir. You'd see a very reasonable question about Obama's background on Fox and instead of the story being picked up by all the outlets they attacked and demonized the questioner. I remember thinking that someone had something to hide if that was the reaction. Then with their treatment of Palin I gradually moved away from the other news outlets as I couldn't rely on the viability of their story.
JounoList are propagandist. As for media people who claim to be Liberal media is more or less Communist reporters..
Hear, hear! All "journalists" whose associations seem to predispose them to a particular political viewpoint are anti-American! That's why the entire cast of the political soap opera that is Fox News should be put up against the wall! Save the Republic!
Liberalism is a mental disorder.
How many times have we seen every leftie pundit repeat the same story often using the same words? We were told it was coincidence. Now we have the truth.
(A.M.M.O.)Adversarial Munitions on Minority Organizations
Come on. We’ve all been had and led astray by the media and both political parties over race. The race issue is the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people. My friend and I sued the KKK and the NC Dept of Correction. These lawsuits bought down the “most powerful Klan group in America, according to Morris Dees SPLC, and the first promotions for blacks at the Moore County Prison. At that prison, they hung noose, used racial slurs and shot at us on the job. We even appeared on Geraldo. However because blacks had high ranking position in the prison system not one civil rights group or black leader would help us. Furthermore the black press refuse to interview us and would not report the story. The white mainstream press covered the story intensely but edited out all the charges made against the NAACP, the CBC, Jesse Jackson and others who went out of their way to cover it up. We have been blacklisted and to this day, the black community ostracizes us. I will pay $500.00 if not true. Now watch!
also look at NAACP clipping in my photo: http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids...
Klien Says: And I must paraphrase here "NBC did not air the Audio of the speech" that is the underlying premise of his entire opinion piece ,Therefore this is not a Factual news story. l and it is Patently False!! I distinctly remember NBC's "Morning Joe" program airing more of the speech than he (Mr. klien) did for this article. This is another Example of some Lying website , hiring a person willing to lie about the Facts of an actual event and the way it was covered by a respected news outlet! This entire Article and story should be taken off this site!
Yeah, I know. It's hard to resist the temptation sometimes. Let the trolls eat their young instead.
Calling them "liberals first" is just a polite euphemism for "traitors" — for selling out their country, countrymen, ethics, and threatening our way of life which is the finest the world has ever achieved. Methinks you were purposely being too kind and tactful, Mr. Futrell. Well done! Thanks.
"The worst part about living under communism is living a lie" — Alexander Solzhenitsyn, Russian author and former gulag inmate.
.
I have to Correct my mistake that it was not Klien who made the bad statement, but in Fact it was the Author of the article , Jon Fortrel Who didn'tt fact check before Authoring this piece, And he went so far as to Ask to be corrected. Well Mr Fotrel I just Corrected you in my earlier entry, and you have no credibility with me anymore!! At least I correct myself when I'm wrong!! You, sir (Fotrel) are just a sleazy Hack prostitute!
THis is the author of this story….and he has no credibility with me , and he's a liar. he lied about NBC not airing the speech. http://www.lvrj.com/news/26172029.html
Unlike this Hack, Fortrell , I do my homework!
This site is a Hack. it got into my computer and changed the settings on my keyboard!! This site is a JOKE This site is a criminal , and Breightbart is a LIAR!!t
Your blog is really quite impressive…that' all I can say in your behalf……you are an intelligent misguided organization that has so place in heaven as long as you think you can sit in judgment! I have no sense of affiliation with people like you. I'm a White Christian male, 45 years old and you embarrass me!! People like you are the scourge of our society and all I can do is pray that your children won't be poisoned by your hateful thinking!!o
Oh, dear, are you seriously judging who has "a place in heaven" and who does not . . .and using "sitting in judgment" as your criterion?
You're either a leftie troll or seriously ignorant. But I repeat myself.
A big reason why he won is best answered by a question. How and why did a nearly bankrupt campaign get a shot in the arm and take the republican nomination?
Look, the credit crunch was no surprise. You could see it coming in 2005, with EASE. If you were sitting on an unpopular leader, no congressional majorities, two never-ending wars, and knew the country was going to get severely slapped econimically… why in the hell would you want to WIN? It would ensure that you would never win again for decades. The dems would still be holding congress, and they would still be tanking us. Pres McCan't would have just been the whipping boy.
At this point, it's easier to start fresh, after the dems demo the building themselves. We need a cleaner argumentative slate, starting all the way back to constitutional boundaries and intent. All the side arguments need to become as petty as they are. Gay marriage? That's a pressing issue for the federal level of government, to be a focal debate for presidency? Whether 200 prisoners are tortured out of the country or mirandized? Seriously? That's a presidential topic now?
It was such coincidental timing that it only took a couple trillion dollars just "moving" overnight to start the slide on the right date. Also, on the delay the inevitible side, the FED loaned still unnamed institutions a few trillion to keep appearances normal over the year leading up to that day.
Nothing to to see here then, and nothing you'd probably want know now either. Better just plug your nose and breathe shallow.
Barney Frank? I don't have a clue how anyone could vote for that disturbed, dishonest guy.
Maxine Water…it's called gerrymandering. Have you ever seen some of the bizarre shaped voting districts that have been arranged to ensure a black majority?
Chuck Shumer: New York, Liberal, Jewish. He truly represents his state (at least the 15 million in and around NYC and LI. )
As to the great question of why millions of people vote for a party that should basically be under RICO indictment is beyond me.
jewish liberals are truly an interesting bunch.
here are a people who were the target of one of the largest mass murders ever, an event that only could have taken place via the State (ie big government socialism), turning around and voting for another big government gang.
I could get very cynical and say that by virtue of doing so, they are essentially paying protection money (to THEIR gang)…. but I won't.
In the interest of Full Disclosure–Gene Simmons was a big influence on me picking up a bass guitar, Geddy Lee was an even bigger influence in terms of learning to play the bass guitar, lol.
I am not sure of either of their politics, but I don't want anyone thinking that because I think Jewish liberals are sometimes stupid and corrupt and like to play the victim card that that makes me an anti semite.
