It’s hard for the Activist Old Media to out-do itself with their leftist bias, but the Romney tax returns have them freaked out.
This fits right in their wheelhouse of deception and class envy.
The latest is an ABC story with this headline. “Romney Failed to Disclose Swiss Bank Account Income.”
Sounds serious there. Sounds like they finally busted Mitt and they are preparing the graphics and music for the hour-long prime time special showing him doing the IRS perp walk.
Five paragraphs into the story you find out the amount is $1,700 dollars. Now, $1,700 is more than most recent Democrats candidates for president donate to charity in a year, but on Romney’s tax returns to find a missing $1,700 dollars is like finding a penny in the cushions that you forgot to report. I guess the dollar amount is not important (unless its somebody making too much money,) it’s the headline they were after here.
Better get top terrorist reporter Brian Ross out of the Caribbean and off to Switzerland to uncover this latest Romney plot.
NBC’s Brian Williams called Romney’s wealth “unimaginable.” Unimaginable? How you doing Brian in your luxury Manhattan apartment? Ask your neighbor Beyonce if you can borrow some sugar.
Better send that crew back to Mexico to see how the branch of the Romney family is doing down there and demand they tell you how much money they make off their citrus farms. You left that out of the last story you did on them.
Comedy Central’s Jon Stewart also attacked Romney’s money while he is supposedly worth $80 million dollars. Yahoo News called it a “rare show of hypocrisy” by Stewart. Isn’t that nice, Jon gets cut some slack by Yahoo when they point out that he really doesn’t do this normally, but he just did. You see, it’s rare.
By the way, I hope they all make millions. Tens of millions, hundreds of millions if somebody will pay them that.
The hypocritical media is always the first and the loudest at pointing out supposed hypocrisy. They absolutely believe their values are only supposed to be attached to those whom they say values should be attached to, never to them. Of course, many times their values are jacked up. They could make $500 million per newscast and if they felt a Republican candidate was making too much money, they would blast them for it—then wait for their limo ride to the Hamptons, or where ever it is they go for the weekend.
Meanwhile, their Dear Leader is flying around the country on campaign stops on America’s dime. Oh, they don’t call them campaign stops, but we all know what they are. Did Obama come here to Vegas this week just to see the lights on The Strip? He threw darts at a map and swing states just happened to come up.
Barack Obama hasn’t made a penny unless somebody else made it first and was either forced to give it to him through taxes, or some rich person donated it to a charity so he could supposedly “organize” a community. To the media, this is the model of perfection right there. Better schedule another tee time soon. Maybe if you keep being nice to him, Brian and Jon, he’ll invite you out with him to play the back nine at Congressional.
This is the America that Obama said in 2008 that he would “unite.” He would bring together to make us feel like one nation under his Aura of Greatness. Instead, he is attempting to make our divide greater than ever through class envy. His SuperPAC of the Activist Old Media is there to help him every step of the way.
I’m thinking, hoping most Americans can see through this….but I’m not sure, I’ve got a lot of friends working for the Obama SuperPAC that actually believe what they say.

The most frustrating thing about trying to explain Romney's 15% capital-gains tax rate to Liberals is that they don't understand that his income was already taxed and that the capital-gains tax rate is IN ADDITION to his income tax.
They also don't understand how that raising the capital gains tax higher would push investment overseas and utterly destroy what's left of the economy.
Nope, it's pointless, they just scream "unfair unfair unfair" like a toddler who just learned the word "butt".
Y'know, If all there was to Mitt Romney was a successful businessman, I'd vote for him in a heartbeat.
But the guy was elected governor of Massachusetts, the most Liberal state in the Union, left that state with a health care millstone around its neck, destroyed the MA GOP, inflicted more gun control, and generally didn't act like there was any conservative sentiment in him.
Until the Primary is over, it is "Anybody but Mitt."
The subtle attacks on Romney are the ones that work best, they play on religious bigotry and trying to associate him with being a democrat. The ones doing it will attack Mormonism's founding ideosyncrasies, but scream unfair when muslim foundations are pointed at, even as they defend feces on a representation of Mary, all the while promoting they are of the Democratic party.
Obamanomics: raise tax on investors and business=return of manufacturing to America.
Socialism: Government subsidizes select industries+return of manufacturing to America.
Both of the former will be done and the latter will not happen.
Democrat's solution: repeat process.
The media freaked at Reagan taking a hefty speaking fee for one post-presidency speech in Japan.
They have never criticized Bill Clinton for making on toward $100 million shooting his mouth off for $200,000 a pop on the circuit.
I detect envy. However this fits the class war agenda the toddler is waging. Why is it that not one single propaganda media mentions BO's millions or those of pelosi?

Romney's millions have generated more jobs than the trillions of dollars stolen and 'redistributed' by Obama and his lackeys in the past three years.

If Romney were smart (I know that's a big "if"), before he does any interview with any media personality he would have someone find out that persons's net worth. Then, when the inevitable money question comes up he can say "Well, that's a good question Brian, but I made my money the same way you earned your millions: by working for it. By the way, what are you worth now? About $80 million isn't it?"
God forbid that there be a successfull capitalist in the White House.

He earned it. He increased it. He can do whatever he wants with it. He gave a good amount to charities. His wealth creates jobs, not destroys them.
This can be done by any American who is willing to work, starting in SCHOOL. If you can't graduate and sit around waiting for the government to pay you, you will never be wealthy. Wanting to learn is the key. Trying to get the best grades is the key. This requires individual desire and effort. This is what individualism is today. The BIG thing is that it is not limited to just one race, but to ALL. This is TRUE equal oppportunity.
The government has NO RIGHT insuring equal outcomes, because if that is the case, WHAT IS THE POINT OF WORKING HARD BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO GET AHEAD.
Another point: Where is the media when it comes to President Bill Clinton's wealth and speaking fees?
I pity Romney, he doesn’t know what the base wants, what us Tea Party members want. We want him to take the battle to Obama. We want the next Republican candidate to call out the press when they’re obviously carrying water for Obama, or when the elitist media constantly attacks Republicans and expects us to just shut up and take it. THAT is why people were applauding Gingrich in South Carolina. Newt actually had the temerity to tell the mainstream media to get lost and to show just how hypocritical they are. “Silent Cal” may work when it comes to the economy, but being president is more than that, much more. It’s about being a leader, a leader to everyone in your party, not just the bean counters. And if Romney can’t do that, the base just won’t come out for him. They will think, “What’s the point. I will either be getting Obama or Obama light in Romney.” And with Romney being the sole owner of RomneyCare, as Ricky Ricardo once said, he’s going to have a lot of “Splainin” to do to the base that he’s not just another liberal from New England.
How dare Romney be a sucess, he should have earned his money the proper way, with government grants for community organizing, political kickbacks from corrupt real estate power brokers, and getting his wife a no-show six figure a year job working for a hospital. If he had done that, the media wouldn't even have looked at him, oh, he'd also have to be a black democrat too.

To a liberal, it's better to marry money than to earn it. A kind of wealth distribution, I guess.
Making millions can be grand. I wish I could. But I would NEVER make money the way Romney has. I find it absolutely deplorable. Venture capitalism is not a bad thing. But what Bain does is help to increase the divide in America. They strip down companies, get rid of workers, and increase profits for businesses. Is this the kind of business ethic we want in our President.
