PeTA is under fire in Sacramento for comparing the recent tragedy of baby Mirabele, a six-week-old cooked to death inside of a microwave by her mother, to eating animals. The group rented billboard space in Sacramento and compared the tragedy to microwaving pork. “Everybody’s somebody’s baby. Go vegan” reads the billboard.
Local reporter Andria Borba lets PeTA have it within the first thirty seconds of her report, describing the group as such:
“Just when you thought PeTA, the attention-whoring animal rights organization couldn’t get any lower … “
Is Sarah Palin the leader of the Tea Party Movement? This is asked as a “gotcha” question by the liberal mainstream media of every spokesperson of the Tea Party Movement. The liberal mainstream media is so far out of touch with the majority of Americans, their rationale is, if they can get tea partiers to say a “wacko” like Palin is their leader, it will confirm that the movement is nothing more than a bunch of extremist fringe loonies.
In their arrogant, elitist, coastal, PETA membership, New York Times reading and “smarter than us common Americans” minds, the liberal mainstream media can not grasp the concept that Sarah Palin is the voice of most Americans. Thus, Tea Party patriot’s great love and admiration for her. Palin is the conservative voice America has been waiting for.
It’s a voice that the leftist media both loathes and fears, because it challenges their every assumption about what is right and good about America.
Palin boldly speaks out against political correctness and stands up for conservative principles and values. Not since Ronald Reagan has a politician so unapologetically championed conservatism. With all due respect to her femininity and beauty, Sarah Palin is the, long awaited, John Wayne of the Conservative movement. If only more of our “walk on eggs, careful not to offend and pandering to political correctness” male conservative politicians would take a cue from this extraordinary woman… (more…)
“Doggies Multiply Faster Than Duggars: Be Responsible. Always Spay and Neuter.” That was a billboard campaign that the controversial animal-rights organization wanted to launch in Springdale, Arkansas, near where America’s most fertile homeschooling family resides. But the company that rents the billboard space (wisely) backed out.
It’s hardly the first time, nor will it be the last, that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and their many children have become a contentious national talking point. But People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals was downright respectful, compared to how unhinged liberal pundits have smeared them.
Back in 2005 when the Duggars had only 16 children, a San Francisco Chronicle writer named Mark Morford insulted the devout Christian family, sneeringly describing them as:
spotless white hyperreligious interchangeable people with alarmingly bad hair, the kids ranging in ages from 1 to 17, worse than those nuked Smurfs in that UNICEF commercial and worse than all the horrific rubble in Pakistan and worse than the cluster-bomb nightmare that is Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise having a child as they suck the skin from each other’s Scientological faces and even worse than that huge 13-foot python which ate that six-foot alligator and then exploded.
Morford also managed to both give Michelle Duggar crude advice and blaspheme the Lord: (more…)
***UPDATE: As expected, Politico's Dylan Byers uses Martin's suspension to once again admonish CNN for not "punishing" (his word) Erick Erickson and Dana Loesch. Fascistic GLAAD wins another scalp. Over the years, CNN's Roland Martin has said some awfully outrageous stuff about Republicans and the Tea...
